I had an item stuck in my dryer. I was told the price for this repair might not exceed the $60 service fee for such a small job. not only did they try to charge me $200 dollars for phantom repairs, but they also left trash all over the floor. Very rude and unprofessional. On top of all that, they complained that Elgin was so far that they needed to cover their gas but I called for repair from south Holland which is in my neighborhood. They finally charged me $75 for the other repair I initially asked for, but then tried to charge $140 and told my wife she couldn’t have a receipt. The reason makes no sense but she took a picture of the receipt in case they try to change it again. Worst company ever in life. DO NOT CALL FOR ANYTHING!!!!!

At first, very friendly. On the day that a repairman was scheduled to repair my dishwasher, I received a call stating he wouldn’t be able to keep the appointment. We rescheduled. On the rescheduled day, the repairman was to arrive between 1& 4 pm but would call first. At 3:15 I called the office. I was told that the repairman would call me back. I never received a call that day or since then. Very unprofessional. Will never call them again

I called them for a tech to come out for my A/C unit. No air was coming out of my vents and my house was almost 90°, so I was desperate. The tech that came out told me I needed freon and coils - which he "supposedly" added. My air still wasn't blowing, and my house got even hotter. I paid him, but I paid through Zelle (to his personal acct) which I thought was unusual. I assume they contract people for certain jobs. Then he tried to tell me that I needed a blower motor, and/or a new furnace. Then he gave me his business card for a completely different business. I called someone else for a second opinion. The other tech noticed right away that the pipe to my ac unit was frozen, and had me turn my unit off, and returned the next day. He fixed my problem CORRECTLY (and added freon that was supposedly already added, remember? I'm doubting it was ever added to begin with) which wasn't a blower motor or a new furnace. Denzel and SH Appliance Repair completely ripped me off! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I called for help with my noisy refrigerator. They came out the next day and diagnosed the issue fast. It’s running quietly now. Great job by the team.

My washer latch stop working, I called them explained the problem. They asked for the make and model number ordered the part then came out to my home the next day and fixed the problem. The repair man was polite and courteous and had my washer working again in 30 minutes.

Technician, Mike arrived as scheduled, he diagnosed my LG washer as expected the water pump is faulty. Parts changed and washing machine now working perfectly. Good PR with Mike and office members.

They are horrible. Almost like a scan. They have you pay a service fee for a diagnosis and then claim the service fee goes toward the repair. But they never repaired my machine. I was getting the run around for 3 weeks each time I called for an update I got a different person with a different attitude who rushed me off the phone saying I would get a call back. Most times never received a call back or the person would call as they are leaving for the day and say they couldn’t assist me because they were getting ready to leave. When I requested a refund because they did not provide the service according to their website they offered me partial credit with the expectation that I would then have to pay someone else to do a job I paid them for. Just don’t waste your time

When I called the company they were so professional and courtesy to me. I was told off the back that they charge a diagnostic fee and I was fine with that, because the company had overall some get reviews. So, when the repair men call me a day earlier and inform me that they were in my area I was so excited to get my refrigerator fix. The guys did an excellent job and they were funny and talking me through everything that they were doing. I would definitely recommend this repair company to anyone I know, because it was recommended to me by a family member.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! 2 WORKERS, 1 WORKER WITH NO FACE MASK 1 HOUR LATE FOR MY APPOINTMENT,THEY TAPED MY REFRIGERATOR RUBBER UP AND ASKED FOR PAYMENT!!! ID RATHER BOUGHT ANOTHER ONE WITH THAT $150.00. NO WALK IN BUSINESS OFFICE BUT HAVE AN ADDRESS LISTED. JUST POOR BUSINESS. STILL LEAKING

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE - I wish I have read the reviews before having this unethical company work on my dryer. Everything started off ok, until the "repairman" cracked my dryer door and tried to blame me. After I spoken to the customer service rep and the "repairman" regarding the dryer. He agreed to replace it; however, several back and forth text sending pic of the model # and damage. The company ghosted me. The service tech name is Will.
