We bought a furnace and AC unit from Van Druen five years ago. Had issues when I woke up one morning, but called their office and they sent someone over right away to fix it. The repair was done well and fit within our maintenance schedule.

I've had a fantastic experience with this family-owned business. They're extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient, making them a pleasure to deal with. Their expertise in furnaces and air conditioning is top-notch, and their yearly maintenance checks have significantly extended the lifespan of my system. With over 25 years of service, I can confidently say they're the best choice for any HVAC needs. They offer great value without sacrificing quality, and I won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking reliable professionals who truly care about their customers' satisfaction.

I'm pleased to share my positive experience with Van Drunen Heating and Air Conditioning. Every year, I schedule a Furnace Tune-Up appointment, specifically requesting Alex if he's available. As a family-owned business, they consistently deliver high-quality services that meet professional and ethical standards.
Alex and the other technicians who've worked with him have always demonstrated exceptional customer service - courteous, efficient, proficient, and trustworthy. These qualities are crucial to me. I'm confident in their abilities and plan to continue relying on them for my heating and air conditioning needs.
