I was very impressed by the timely response I received when my air unit failed to cool. Frank was here earlier than estimated and was efficient. Within 15 minutes, he had my air conditioning back up and running. Thanks Frank!

My original review was a bad one but since Terry is fixing my generator and because I have no idea how to delete or change the old one, I will give William's Heating and Cooling a better review because his employees are friendly and professional and have done a good job servicing our air conditioner and furnace. Terry I'm not so sure if. Kidding!! Just Kidding😁

I was without air conditioining on Sunday, July 24, 2016 to hottest day of the year so far. I called Williams and got ahold of Ray H. He responded within 45 minutes and repaired my AC within an hour. I could not have asked for anything better. He was polite and informative and di the job well.

The incompetence starts with the owner and from there it's only chaos.
Do not schedule your service here! We have tried to do business with them but the owner changes your appointment time without notice, sent his repairman to the wrong town, then the repairman was instructed to collect money for last years repair for a service for yet a third person. When that repair FAILED 5 DAYS LATER we call again to schedule. When the servicemen arrived our ac is frozen so we are told someone would return that day at 4. At 430 I call and talk to the owner and am informed they wont be able to return till 9am the following day but he will be here himself. So here we are at today , 1030am and again I'm calling. Only now I'm told the owner had to go to St. Louis for a part. Marty apologized and said Terry should have called. When I push to find out when someone would arrive Marty said he would have Terry call back. Then I asked for the owner and was told Terry is the owner! The first thing I do is call another company for service and they say they will arrive this afternoon. After 11am I again call William's asking what's going on and talk to the owner who now says he's not coming out.

Stay away from William's! The incompetence starts with the owner and from there it's only chaos.

Williams always takes care of us when we need service or whatever. The tech Ray that came and serviced our system was kind and very neat as he wore booties over his shoes when he came inside the house to check the system. Thanks for the great service.

I have had work done in the past by Williams Heating & Air ,always have professional employees ,the installation of my new mini split system was not a easy task for Matt and Brandon but they did it in a timely manner and we love ,Thanks to Terry and his staff .have and will continue to recommend

We needed to find a company that would evaluate our heating system and advise us on adding AC. We calledWilliams Heating & Air. Terry N. came and explained how out dated our heating system is and knew we wanted to add on AC. He helped plan out the different possibilities and which system would fill our needs.
Well we now have a brand new heating system and a cooling system in place just in time for this weeks heat wave! It is soooo great! Terry and his team were great! They dismantled the old and installed the new in 2 1/2 days! A superb job well done! Great team work!

Our heater suddenly stopped working the day after Thanksgiving. The first 2 companies I called weren’t working over the holiday weekend. But Williams answered my call and came out within a couple of hours. My heater is working now! Fast. Efficient. Professional.

Unbelievable service! Brandon & Joey installed our new heat pump system on the coldest/nastiest day of the year in blizzard conditions. Truly dedicated professionals! We love our new Carrier Infinity system and cannot thank Terry/Frank and the rest of the staff enough.

Just had a new HVAC unit installed in my home. Great service by the Williams Heating and Air staff. Staff are professional, did very neat job - everything was cleaned up when job was completed. Would Highly recommend.

Ray came out to do a quick, simple check and cleaning on our AC which turned in to a larger job than expected. This was due to some unexpected issues which was going to take a lot longer than the time that was scheduled. Ray could have just done what was scheduled just to get me by, but, as always, Williams Heating and Air stepped up to the plate and took the additional time to take care of it then instead of having to schedule another day. Ray was very conscientious of his work and actually came and found me to show me the issues with the system and took the time to explain everything. Terry also came out to gather information to give me a quote on a new system. He is very professional and does not do any pressure sales pitch. He gave information about the options of the systems they install and basically said if I decide to have them install a system, let him know. I have used Williams Heating and Air for many years and have never been let down. They are always prompt, professional, and courteous.

We always get prompt service from Williams whenever we call. Frank has always done the maintenance on our system and knows it inside and out. He is pleasant and easy to talk to and provides excellent service.

I called Weis DeRousse Heating & Cooling in Red Bud and they referred me to Williams heating & Air as I needed my A/C fixed before a weekend party. Williams sent a tech out the next day which was perfect. Bill came early in the morning and called me before arrival to make sure I was ready. Totally professional, and quick to fix. He found a cap that had been installed wrong. He fixed it right up and refilled the Freon and checked for any more leaks because I could have sworn that had been our issue. He had everything going in an hour. Perfect Service. Thank you Bill.

We found Terry and the crew to be very professional and did an excellent job. We purchased a furnace and air conditioner. It was quickly installed and you couldn't tell they had even been there. I would highly recommend Williams Heating and Air Conditioning!

John had just had 5 bypass surgery on July 3rd and our A.C. went out on the 12th. Ed Schwartz was on vacation but called me back and gave me Williams phone number. I left message on answering service and within 10 min received call from Frank. Within 30 min he had arrived, found problem , fixed and was gone. We were very impressed with Frank's professionalism and his speedy response to our call. We can never thank him enough for taking care of our problem in such a timely manner. He is a great young man. We felt very blessed to have him answer our call.
