i still need the right side door handle tighten up. the tech couldn't. please send someone who can do this. The tech was very nice and respectful.

The tech was very professional knowledgeable and detailed. He explained everything to me as he went along and also explained the warranty program to me.

I like the fact that they will send the service workers out but if it take 9 or 10 times with the same issue and everyone come replace the same part 4 or 5 times I don’t like that about the service. Hope this is the last time with my frigerator top part not cooling

The Serviceman was very professional. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. I appreciate that. He did his job and got out so, I could prop my feet up.😂🤣🤣

Damian was AWESOME total pro from start to finish. Explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. Highly recommend him for repairs!!!!

Saul was nice, however the problem was not resolved. Ice started accumulating again in the freezer in spite of what he did. Please arrange for another service.

The technician was very professional and just from the sound of the washer pretty much knew what was wrong and was able to fix it within about 30 mins.I would highly recommend this company for any of your work.

David was professional and timely. His knowledge and expertise made me feel confident that I was receiving top tier customer service.

Tech was nice but couldn’t really troubleshoot my issue, picked something that *COULD* be wrong and went with it and stated it couldn’t be fixed. Still charged full “diagnostic” fee even though he couldn’t really say what was wrong.

He called to let me know how long he would be. Once he arrived and cleaned my furnance, he advised me to continue using the filter that was installed and not what he replaced.

No phone call in the morning. No phone call qhen he is coming. AI is terrible and you will go out of business with AI that cant do a thing

Abdelkarim was thorough in servicing our furnace. He also checked our carbon monoxide detector and reiterated we keep it up to date for our protection. A very nice gesture, and very much appreciated.

Sears is horrible people are horrible who work that company!! I have a contract no where does it says what they kept telling me about my contact. I said show me in my contact the words you are spewing!!! No they couldn’t!! Sears will not abide by our contact No Where does it says after 3 yrs no more coverage on anything!!?? Those words do NoT appear in out contact or on Sears website. I couldn’t find those terms. Why are we paying for a coverage that you state no longer is covered?? I am contacting a lawyer to go over this!!! I have contact!!! We had this coverage since 2011 every 2 yrs I renew!!
