Dr. Greg Busse is one of the finest clinicians I have had the pleasure to meet. His working command of medical knowledge is remarkable. Additionally, his bedside manner is the best anywhere. I have carefully chosen Dr. Busse as the internist for my family members, myself and many of my own patients. He has my highest confidence and my strongest recommendation.

In my opinion the worst doctors I've experienced. Seems to only care about money and overcharging for poor service. Had an appointment due to a medical concern in January 22 and as I was checking in with a very rude front office person I was told I needed to pay on a bill from a visit a couple weeks prior. I informed the woman that I had just received the bill two days before and was going to dispute it. It was $267 for a video visit that lasted only less than 10 minutes. I asked her to look at my history to realize I have always paid on time and have never been late. She did not help in any way, did not review my history and informed me I had pay something, I ended up speaking with the office manager who was no better. During the time I called my wife to get details on the bill and mentioined the harrassment I was getting and the office manager overheard and asked me to leave. I missed my appointment and did not get my concern addressed. I sent a online note to Busse and never got a response. Terrible expereince from someone who I believe is in the wrong line of work. Instead of helping people he should probably be a debt collector. If you care about your health I would not recommend Busse or Tryon Medical.

My stove/oven died so I call Mark (I got his number from a good friend of mine). He was on time, very friendly and professional, and he was able to repair the problems that were in the fusebox as well as inside the stove. He quickly had it working and the cost was very reasonable. My house is 112 years old and I am not used to such effective service from a contractor!

We have been patients of Dr. Busse since soon after he joined the practice. He is an absolutely PHENOMENAL doctor and a very kind compassionate person. We have never felt rushed during our appointment, and he always has time to listen to what we have to say. . .even to laughing at my husband's corny jokes. His diagnoses have always been spot on, and is he always quick to respond to a phone call or secure message. I almost hesitate to write such a good review, because it gets increasingly harder to get an appointment - but, it would be unfair of me to not share my knowledge of Dr. Busse with those that need his expertise.

When you lose power and ComEd said you need a electrician to fix it all 1st, G&I Electric Co came to the rescue. Great response and timing - got the job done all in one moment!!!

My husband had a wonderful experience with them in the past and was so happy that he saved their mailing card to call today.

All done and power restored in approx 2 hours!
And the electrician had his daughter as his sidekick which is so empowering to see him show her the power and knowledge he has!!

I have been using G&I Electric for years in my rentals. They are prompt, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. If there is a cheap fix, they will suggest it and give you the pros & cons of it. Never trying to pressure you to go the more expensive route unless it's absolutely necessary.
