Plumbing reviews in Streamwood, Illinois

Excellent service and communication. Stephen and Jonathan did good job replacing water heater-same day request. Good housekeeping.

They got here quickly & did an amazing job. Actually found another problem we didn't know we had; so we will be having them back shortly. Would recommend to anyone.

Had to have them out twice and still did not do what was asked for, though we were told several times they had done it. Complained to us about asking for video, saying photos were fine - even though we requested video and were told they did do video and had sent video to us. As a result of no video we had problems later from not knowing what was done. Prices way above the norm. Quoted $15000 for work that we were able to have done and done with excellence for $5500. They don't stand behind their work when there are questions or problems. Will not recommend.

I have had VC Plumbing out to my place several times. After working with several other local plumbers, I will be sticking with VC moving forward. The folks at VC are true craftsman at their trade: on-time, fair and transparent pricing, exceptional quality of work, a clear concern for keeping work spaces clean and tidy, and they stand behind there work. I'd recommend highly.

Great service and on time! Jonathan was professional and very neat. He cleaned up after his work and did a great job!

VC plumbing is knowledgeable and trustworthy. They were able to come out and successfully unclog two shower drains in a quick and professional manner. Cleaned up after themselves and was very reasonably priced! Will be using them for all my future plumbing needs!

The guys were great! On time, friendly, and professional.
They replaced the kitchen faucet and shut off valves.
One less thing to worry about in my old house.

V. C. came to our rescue within 3 hours of losing our hot water. They replaced our water heater same day. Very professional and knowledgeable service from Johnathan.

Excellent job in servicing our pipes very helpful. Analogyable about everything.

My hose spigot out back has been leaking and freezing this winter and Kyle and Jacob zipped over within hours of me calling about the problem. The duo fixed it up (new hose bibb and a new valve to shut off the water to the outdoor line in the winter) really quick for a good price!

Mike and his crew are the best plumbers I’ve ever used. Courteous, efficient quality work. Also very reasonably priced!

Extremely disappointing experience with Vince, the owner of this plumbing company. His attitude was unacceptable, and the service was far from professional. They charged me $89 without even visiting the facility. Despite collecting the payment, Vince falsely claimed to the handyman that it wasn’t received. His tone and demeanor suggest he believes he knows everything, but unfortunately, that’s far from the truth. This reflects a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and no willingness to provide proper service. Very disappointing! I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Very thorough. Great workmanship. Wore shoe covers. Reasonable pricing.

Vc plumbing sent out. Jonathan Vences, he arrived at the appointed time, was very efficient in his work, and a very honest and pleasant man. I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them in the future

As always, clean, professional and always very courteous. A prime example of a respectful and exemplary company. Highly recommended.

We have had VC Plumbing over more than a couple of times since we moved in to this old multi-story condo building about 2-years ago. They work hard and share what they learn about the problem they are trying to fix. We recommend them highly for the quality of their work. AB.

Kyle was professional and courteous. He explained the situation and our options well. I would highly recommend Kyle and V.C. plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

Stefan did a phenomenal job, unclogging my kitchen drain at my apartment. Thank you!

Super happy with the service I received from VC Plumbing. I called Tuesday night and Plumber arrived right on time Wednesday am. He gave me price to repair very old toilet and price to replace. Prices were very close. I had a new toilet installed same day and happy with price and service. VC has also done prior routing and installed a clean out valve on a Holiday with no extra charge for Holiday service.

This is the place you should be using! They fixed my water heater, then I had to call at 7AM the next morning when my pilot wouldn't light, and they were back here within 30 minutes and corrected the error for no charge. Jason and Johnathan are both fantastic gentlemen and quite the knowledgeable technicians.

GREAT service from Kevin - can’t wait to use my new toilet/bidet! VC Plumbing is the Best!
