Constraction reviews in Sugar Grove, Illinois

AAA Owner Scott showed up on time to get us a price for are new roof. Very professional but also very friendly. After discussing our project for 20 minutes I felt like I could trust him to do a great job. Scott's price was also right on target. His crew showed up in 10 days as promised. They did an amazing job. AAA proposal was very detailed so that there was no doubt what you were going to get with your new roof. Workers are also very concerned not to damage any landscaping , driveway or patio furniture . Clean up was the best. I highly recommend AAA. Thanks for your great work on my house . Tom & Lin

AAA Roofing did an incredible job. Very prompt, courteous and left the job site exceptionally clean. Thank you for a job well done.

I cannot recommend AAA Roofing highly enough for their outstanding work on our siding project! Not only did they complete the job ahead of schedule, but they were also incredibly accommodating when we had to make changes to the original plan. Scott, who led the project, was an absolute pleasure to work with - he was professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that we were happy with the end result.

From start to finish, the entire team at AAA Roofing was fantastic. They kept us informed every step of the way, and the quality of their work was truly top-notch. Our home looks absolutely amazing now, and we couldn't be happier with the finished product.

Overall, I would highly recommend AAA Roofing to anyone looking for high-quality workmanship, exceptional customer service, and a team of professionals who truly care about their clients. They are simply the best in the business, and we feel lucky to have had the opportunity to work with them. Five stars all the way - thank you, AAA Roofing!

When I asked a close friend who she could suggest for our new roof on our house, without hesitation she said AAA Roofing Company. One of the owners, Dan, put us at ease with our first meeting. He showed us a variety of shingle colors, gave us comparable pricing, addressed our roof leak concern, and assured us he would work with the insurance company on our behalf. On the scheduled job date, Dan and his crew were prompt and friendly. The crew worked efficiently all day through the tear off and replacement roof. The cleanup afterwards was great! Since we chose a light-colored shingle, we noticed our second story was considerably cooler during the last heatwave. AAA Roofing was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. We highly recommend this company!

AAA Roofing is the real deal. Professional, timely, high quality, clean job site, fast, and appropriate pricing. Their communications were timely & consistent. They replaced my entire roof as well as replacing four skylights. They guided me through the insurance claim process and worked directly with the insurance company when needed to deliver to me a beautiful, high quality roof and skylight solution that cost me nothing out of pocket. The owner Scott was on site as needed and his foreman Jason was on-site the entire time overseeing the work and communicating with me as appropriate. I found AAA Roofing to be honest, very knowledgeable and skilled, and of high integrity. Overall, we are very satisfied with the service and the result.

AAA Roofing Company installed a roof, gutters and skylights on our home. It looks beautiful and we couldn't be happier!
Scott, the owner, met with my husband and me to explain the different roof styles and qualities. He gave us a fair price. Very good customer service from the beginning to the end of the project.
Very professional, always on time and knowledgeable.
Overall we were very pleased with the company and all the employees. We recommend AAA Roofing Company!

We are so happy we used AAA Roofing to replace our roof. From the beginning Dan was very kind and communicative. I was impressed with the detailed folder layout. This folder included product sample, product info, my proposal, insurance bonded info and pages of references! Their work was supervised and they were very thorough to cover things so they do not get any damage. Clean up was done and the overall product perfection. I would recommend this company to anyone!

I would recommend AAA for all of your roofing issues. Brad, Thank You for the fast and quality repairs of my roof.

Scott and his team were amazing. Initially had to struggle with the insurance company approving my roof. They helped me through the process and the necessary documentation to finally get my work approved. AAA kept a clean job site and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend AAA for any of your roofing needs!

I am very pleased with AAA roofing from initial contact to the completion of the work. We needed to have our roof and gutters replaced. The entire process was straightforward, and it went very smooth. I reached out to AAA after another company I was working with stopped responding. I worked with Dan thru the entire process. He was very prompt in responding, bringing the contract with the details of the work to be done and stopping by to drop samples of the roofing shingles. I was pleasantly surprised that AAA did not require a down payment or any payment until the completion of the work.
The roofing crew arrived on time and was very considerate of the areas around the house. We had just had our lawn re-seeded and they were very careful around it.
Same experience with the gutter guy (Theo). He arrived early to color match the gutters and did an amazing job installing our new gutters. The entire process was very efficient and so was the clean up afterwards. Overall, I am happy with the experience and the job performed by AAA roofing. Their prices are very competitive. I highly recommend AAA roofing to anyone who is looking to replace their roof and/or gutters.

AAA Roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof! Scott was top notch at ensuring all our questions were answered and putting us at ease! The team that did the work was courteous and very hard working! Carrie in the office was easy to work with and prompt as well. Highly recommend AAA Roofing Company, great folks!

Dan gave me a fair quote and was always very timely with his responses to any and all questions I had! I really appreciated that because I got the run around from a couple other companies which of course did not get my business. He brought all the samples that I could want to look at and compare. They gave me a date and tried very hard to complete in 1 day but needed to come back for a few hours to complete and clean up any debri. I have a pretty large roof because of 4 car garage so im sure that made it a bit longer of a job. The workers were respectful and all around nice guys!
I woukd use them again and highly recommend AAA roofing!

Got a new roof done through AAA roofing. From the initial inspection to the completion of the work they were great to work with, communicated well, did a good job with old roof tear off clean up, and overall we were very pleased. Would recommend.

Absolutley amazing company to work with. We had our roof, gutters and skylights replaced. Can't say enough about the quality and professionalism that they showed during the entire process. We highly recommend them.

My wife and I needed a new roof on our new home and we found AAA Roofing Company in our church’s bulletin. Best choice we have made in a long time. Scott and his crew did a fantastic job for us! I was a concerned about a low spot on a section of our flat roof that tied into the main roof and Scott sent one of his crew to apply extra coating to that part free just so we would not have to worry about it. Great customer service!!

AAA Roofing Company from the top Dan and Scott to the area supervisor to the crew and crew chief were absolutely 💯 very professional. They were all focused on the delivery of a great product and superior workmanship. The company has everything covered from our first meeting to product delivery and replacing my 20 year old roof 3 tab shingles with the architectural shingles that are stronger impact resistant for hail. The work was finished in just a day with no issues. My direct tv satellite was also placed back on the roof with no reception issues. The old roof shingles were taken off and tarps were placed around the home to catch them. The entire area was completely cleaned up including any nails that were on the lawn. They used a magnetic roller to pick up any nails, all over the front, back and sides of the lawn and around any bushes. We are definitely so pleased with the affordability of the materials and labor costs offered by AAA Roofing Company.
We highly recommend AAA Roofing Company, you will be very confident in working with their team.

I was very pleased with AAA Roofing. A job as large and expensive as a new roof and gutters was pretty daunting, at least to me, but Brad and his coworkers were really easy to deal with, gave good advice and did an immaculate job of cleaning up afterwards. A really first-rate company and highly recommended.

The professionals at AAA Roofing Company replaced the roofs on our 100 year old house and 65 year old detached garage with state-of-the-art, vinyl composite roofing materials by DaVinci. AAA Roofing's craftsmanship was top notch! We now have a state-of-the-art roof with a lifetime warranty which meets building code.

The original roofs were made of natural slate and pummeled by a large hail storm in 2023. Our insurance carrier, American Family Insurance, refused to adequately cover our loss despite insuring our home and taking out annual premiums for many years. It was at this point a friend referred me to AAA Roofing Company.

Initially, Am Fam offered us a settlement which was only 14% of the final settlement. After a year+ of bad faith negotiation on their part which finally culminated in Arbitration, a fair and realistic settlement was achieved with the help of AAA Roofing. AAA Roofing had the human expertise to help us hold Am Fam accountable to their own policy. Without their on-staff expertise in insurance contracts, we would not have received the fair and appropriate amount of settlement to replace our damaged roofs.

Once fair weather appeared, AAA Roofing went to work on the actual business at hand to keep mother nature outside of our home. We were kept informed and appraised of every part of the replacement process; from insurance claim settlement, to building permit, to scheduling on-site work, to clean-up. Even after the replacement, AAA Roofing made sure their worksite was clean and tidy and we were satisfied with their work.

I am extremely pleased with the service provided by AAA roofing. The overall process was relatively smooth and straightforward, I would/have recommended this company to others. Below is a summary of our experience:

Sales- Dan was very patient and knowledgeable of the process and product line that they offered. He was very responsive to questions we may have had.

Roofers - The crew roofing our house did a fantastic job and were very dedicated to get the job done in a timely manner. They understood that we had pets and made sure to remove as many nails as possible so our dogs would not get hurt.

Siding Crew - The crew worked at a fast paced but were very professional and accurate. They worked to complete a large job faster than what was expected and made it look amazing. This team ensured that all material was picked up and cleaned up before leaving.

Overall we could not be happier with the job performed by AAA roofing and our house looks amazing and has new life in it. I would definitely recommend giving AAA a call for your roof/siding needs.

Had them do a small job to relocate a roof vent. Easy to coordinate and at a very reasonable price. No complaints and definitely recommend.

AAA Roofing is amazing. They do more than just roofing and helped us tremendously with updating and cleaning up the exterior of our house. Wonderful people to work with!
