Eddie was incredibly responsive! I don’t know how lucky anyone has been to have a same day cleaning but he came and accommodated me within the hour. His crew was incredibly kind and professional. They kept everything looking spotless and even organized things to look more aesthetically pleasing. I was very pleased that this was such a last minute thing and had everything done the way I wanted it. Will absolutely be calling them for any future needs. Also price was just right. A crew of 4 with a minimum of 2-3hrs.. couldn’t possibly beat that.

I needed deep cleaning services for a move in and after calling several cleaning services, every last one of them were booked, until I stumbled upon Clean Spot Maid Services! My initial call I wasn’t able to reach anyone, but Eddie called me back literally seconds later and inquired about my specific needs. He made arrangements to accommodate me for the weekend and as promised, he delivered! Not only did he show up with his team, ready to execute, but he was able to come two hours earlier, which allowed me to do a little bit of shopping for my place. My basement apartment had been vacant for several years and had acquired quite a bit of dust, cobwebs, spiders and dust that I’m too squeamish to deal with. Not only that, I’m allergic! None of that phased Eddie and his team! It may have taken them 1 hour or less to finish cleaning. I came back as quick as I left and the place was SPOTLESS! SPOTLESS 👏🏽 you 👏🏽hear👏🏽 me???!!! They did not come to play! I HIGHLY recommend them for all your deep cleaning needs! They get the job done! I will certainly be patronizing their business again! Go ahead, bypass all the rest of these services, do yourself a huge favor and BOOK EDDIE!!!

I requested cleaning services all to end up with a stove left not cleaned, my office desk and tables with dust still on them, bathroom not even cleaned but garbages changed. The company offered to give me $25 off for all of this!!! Which is insane I’ll have to go and clean my entire house. Unacceptable!

Eddie and his crew performed a substandard clean of a brand new 3 bedroom apartment. I called him the very next day. That was over 5 weeks ago. Still crickets. There is dust inside all the cabinets, protection film still on all the appliances, debris on floors in some areas, debris on window sills. 28 years as a construction superintendent with Power Construction and never seen this level of standard. Eddie and I walked the project ahead of time. He understood the scope of work, and my expectations. Eddie gave me his $ and agreed with no negotiations. So now I’m stuck paying someone else to finish the job. I have many examples to support my bad review, so I just dropped a few photos. I already wasted enough time.
