I reached out to multiple electricians in the area to get an estimate for putting an outlet in for our pool pump and grounding the pool. Jarvis was the only place that got back to me quickly, other places took over a week to even respond. The rep was very polite and professional on the phone. He answered all my questions and even got us a spot the same day for the estimate.
The electricians did exactly what was quoted, showed up on time, and did the work with very minimal impact on my day (I work from home).
I truly can't speak to the price compared to anyone else because we needed the work done quickly to be able to swim in our pool this summer and Jarvis was the only place around that could make that happen, so we did not get other estimates. However, I think they did a great job and from my own online estimations the price was fair for the work they had to do. Will definitely use them in the future!

Charles came out and did a full electrical inspection on my 1956 home because I was worried about some dancing lights when certain appliances run. He ensured me everything in my home was running well and nothing was running high amps. He allowed me to read his meter beside him and explained to me what everything meant. I feel 110% more at ease with the power of my home now. Great job, Charles!
