Skip and Scott were great to work with and they have a great team! I bought a house that had a great deal of animal contamination and the ServiceMaster team came in made it good as new! I still can't believe how clean it looks and smells. I highly recommend!

This Servicemaster is AWESOME!!! Carpet and hardwood floor look perfect. Any stains that have been there for a long time are now gone!

I had my furnace trunks and ducts cleaned. The appointment was very easy to schedule, they arrived on time, were very professional, informative, and did a great job. Very pleased with the work done. Definitely worth the cost. Would highly recommend them. If I ever needed any of the other services they provide, would not hesitate to hire them again.

Wow! Had a frozen pipe and my lower level got water. Called at 2:20 pm and Scott was at my house at 3:15 pm, even though I found out later he was working on a large bid that was due the next day, he still made time to come and help. Scott then called two of his workers and they were able to clean everything up and left my home around 5:30 pm.

I believe that Scott them had to go back to the office to finish up that bid, but he took the time to make sure we were happy.

Great family business, and they really do care!

Scott was wonderful helping us out with a water leak in our home. He came over the same day we called and set up his equipment to help us dry out. He continued to check in with us to make sure moisture levels were going down. With his help we were able to save the floor and drywall in the basement. He was professional, friendly, and provided great service. We would highly recommend him for anyone dealing with water damage.

We had a great experience with ServiceMaster Restoration and Cleaning by Skip. Our business needed to have 50 upholstered chairs cleaned and Scotchgard applied. Scott was easy to contact. He responded quickly to calls and emails and scheduled services in a timely manner. The chairs turned out beautifully, and the service technicians were pleasant to work with.

I was able to get my store carpets cleaned on relatively short notice. It was an especially busy month for them, but Service Master came through. The employee/carpet technician was all of the above. I could tell this was more than just a "job" - he was a true professional. I highly recommend Service Master!

I have used this ServiceMaster shop several times in the past for duct cleaning and most recently for carpet cleaning. Scott was very responsive and communicated well, and so did Donald, who was the service tech. They came when they said they would, answered all my questions, the carpet looks great and I believe the price was more than fair.

I called Service Master after I had all of the carpeting removed from our home and replaced with solid vinyl plank flooring. Prior to the carpet removal we had a water heater leak which destroyed the sub floor where the water heater was located, and allowed fiberglass insulation to enter into our HVAC ducts. After the flooring had been repaired and new vinyl plank flooring installed, we contacted Service Master to ensure that all of the dust and debris in the ducts was removed. I spoke to Scott and arranged a date and time for the service to be performed. Phil and Roberto arrived punctually on the appointment day, explained what they would do, answered all of my questions, and started the work. Both workers were very professional and courteous and ensured that they cleaned up after the job was completed. I was impressed with the fact that all of the high efficiency vacuum components were kept outside of the house in order to eliminate any cross-contamination. All floor registers were removed and cleaned outside to keep dust at a minimum. The entire service was very thorough, taking around 3 1/2 hours to complete. I've had the ducts cleaned before by another company and I feel that Service Master does a superior job. The only regret I have is that I did not contact Service Master initially when I first experienced the water heater leak. If I had done that I'm positive that we would have had our home repaired and cleaned in a lot less time than it took. Great service and friendly, professional staff!

We moved into a new home and had the air ducts cleaned and the carpets. Service master in Sycamore did a fantastic job! The carpets were rough and they got a lot of stains out. Very professional and courteous. We will definitely use them again.

(2023) We've hired ServiceMaster by Skip four times and I've always been impressed by the diligence of the techs while they're here (we've had a different person each time, but they've all been terrific). I really enjoyed our latest tech, Don, who was super friendly, knew his stuff (I learned a lot!), and worked very hard for five hours cleaning carpets and sofa.

(2020) We hired them after our dog moved out. The guy worked very hard and did a great job--no dog hair left.

Scott really helped when I was selling my home by remediating the mold (after inspecting it) in my attic. His crew took the time to remove the paint covering the mold, then treated it and made it safe for the new owner. We were so impressed with the professionalism they provided, we hired ServiceMaster by Skip to also perform the following cleaning services at our new home: tile/grout sanitation and carpet cleaning, dryer vent cleaning along with duct cleaning. We immediately felt safer in our new home and had peace of mind knowing it was a clean, blank slate! His crew is knowledgeable about their services all while teaching newer crew members about what they do and why, I was very impressed with the "teaching" approach while performing the services. Thank you again!

This company is very professional. Scott quickly responded and was able to schedule me in quickly which I valued highly. I was given a fair estimate and he honored the coupon I found in the mail. Don (carpet pro) was very courteous and he explained in detail the process of his service. He clearly is passionate about his craft and I will recommend this company to anyone in the future. I was satisfied especially because prompt service was important to me and they delivered.
