I have found the Merry Maids staff to be highly competent in the standard cleaning of my apartment, respond quickly to any special requests I have, and show initiative in pointing out other things in my home that might need attention. The staff are always friendly which makes me comfortable being in my home when they are cleaning. The management staff are always flexible with my schedule and keep me well informed about changes.

The Merry Maids team almost always does a great job! Only one or two issues over five years. They are very willing to adapt to my needs.

This was the first time having someone come in to clean. It was a birthday gift from my 2 daughters. Everything was done very well. The 2 girls who were here we very sweet. I definitely will use Merry Maids again. So nice to know I have a really clean house!

We feel very confident having them in our home when we are not there - which is important with our busy schedules. I have been using Merry Maids out of Sycamore, Illinois for more years than I can remember. I am very particular and a perfectionist, and I expect that in anyone that I hire. I wouldn’t have been with them this long if they weren’t always very good. Even when I have special request. I never have an issue.

Myra and Karen were a pleasure to work with. They were both caring and compassionate about my needs. The service was prompt and they were able to fit me in in a timely manner. Karen did a fantastic job and took a few hours to do what would have taken me weeks by myself

We had Juliana and Nancy deep clean the 1st floor of our home and I could not be more pleased. We didn't leave the space as clutter-free as we should have and they still did a spectacular job. Every surface is dust-free. Every floor is spotless. All the kitchen appliances shine like new.

Really can't rate their work since they never got back to me.

We have experienced excellent customer service and look forward to continuing to utilize their services.

I work on and off long distance and Dels has always been there to keep my yard looking good .....only ever mows when its needed so it's nice to know that I'm not over paying for services not needed

We had a paver patio installed. They did excellent work, great price and very professional. They helped with the design and were very friendly. The work was started on time and finished fast. We are very happy customers. Thanks Mario.

wanted to use them. they came out and looked thing over said he would email us a quote. that was 2 and half weeks ago talked to him on the phone a week ago said the same thing I'll email you still nothing if they don't want the work at least they could tell you so you're not left hanging

Initially our experience was positive but in the long run it was disappointing and i will not be using them in the future. We called around and got quotes for our landscaping job and their bid was similar to others; they had also done the landscaping at our home for the previous owners so we opted to use them.

There was no mention of mulch amount, etc. The entire discussion and plan was to do a complete job. When they showed up to do the job we were told it would be an additional $200 because they had to pull weeds and volunteer grasses or they would have to reschedule; i caved and paid the extra money so they could do the job at the given time.

Two weeks later we had ample weeds and grasses growing back through the mulch and we could tell the mulch layer was very very thing; dirt was showing in several areas. I called and spoke to them and was told something along the lines that "well you really need about 16 yards of mulch but we wanted to keep your cost down so we only did 8 yards. Weeds will always be a problem but we can come out and do them every few weeks by spraying the weeds." The amount of mulch was never discussed; i feel like they purposely cut corners to keep their cost down and when i addressed this with them i was told that we got what we paid for and they have not offered any resolution. This entire issue could have been solved by upfront and honest communication; something that they obviously do not take pride in. If they were going to cut corners to keep a low bid then they should have mentioned that initially rather than doing a poor job and then blaming the customer. The least they could do would be to offer resolution and come out and address the weeds and lack of mulch. The entire experience was a big disappointment and i will not be recommending Del's landscaping to anyone in the future.

They did a great job on my landscaping. My neighbor was so impressed that he also hired Elite.

Their vision and work transformed the front of our house! Very responsive to our request to come take a look at our property and got back to us right away with an estimate.

We have been using Elite for 9 years now. From initial consultation to design and installation of over 150 plantings. Their vision totally transformed our backyard into a paradise!

We live in a town house and our HOA decided to go with a smaller “family owned” business to handle our maintenance for the year and what a terrible decision that turned out to be!
Our property never looked worse and then after 3 months they quit on us. The owner of Elite couldn’t figure out how to turn a jpeg file into a pdf which our property management company requires when submitting invoices. The owner of Elite then got very irate and disrespectful to our property manager after she tried to walk him through this simple process. After that debacle they resigned and gave their 30 day notice they were quitting on us. I don’t know what happened because we were told all the right things by Elite before we signed the contract? They just failed miserably and couldn’t handle a larger property it seems and instead of accepting the challenge they quit and put our community in a huge financial bind trying to find a different landscaper in the middle of summer. We now have to pay overtime rates to the new company because we signed on so late.
A true shame. So if you’re looking for a landscaper for a larger community DO NOT use Elite!! They’re small time and can’t handle it larger communities

Elite Lawn Service has mowed our two cemeteries for the past three seasons. His crew is impeccable in their work. The crew is very careful in mowing. We have had zero complaints with Mike and his crew. These are two cemeteries with raised stones and they trim around each headstone. These two cemeteries total over eleven acres. We are very pleased with his thoroughness and promptness. We intend to renew his contract for two more years.

My wife and I moved to Hampshire in 2017. We bought a beautiful home that when built was a model and was over landscaped. We needed help. We contacted Mike from Elite and explained the job and he came out and we went over the job. Within a few weeks his crew was out and started the project. It was like magic from removal to install so beautiful. Like night and day. I can’t recommend Mike at Elite enough. Reasonably priced and great quality products.
