Manny was so polite. He came out on a Sat. evening after a long day to check out my A/C that had stopped. He told me it was the fan approx how much it would cost and he would try to find me one. He left me a message before 8am on Sunday that he had found one and was here Monday at 9am to fix it! Now that is a man and a business I support 100%

I called Manny for an estimate on a new furnace. He is very professional. I was very happy with his overall work and knowledge. I will definitely be calling him for any future work that I need done.

I needed to find a new heating and cooling person to replace mine that had retired. I gave Manny a try and I’m glad I did. He does quality work at a fair price and when you call you will get him directly which is nice. You don’t have to speak to secretary and wait for a call back. You can get answers to your questions right away. I highly recommend to give Manny a call for any heating or cooling jobs.

Our air conditioning went out overnight. I called Manny in the morning and even though he had other service calls he fit me in as soon as he could. He came out and diagnosed the problem and fixed it ASAP. His price was more than reasonable and I am very happy with his work! Thanks again Manny!

Last fall, Manny, from Reliable Heating and Cooling, installed a new furnance at my home. He, and his crew, were courteous, prompt and knowledgeable and their services were affordable. Manny even rewired my Nest thermostat which, unbenowst to me, was wired incorrectly. Recently, when my air conditioner wasn't blowing cool air; Manny promptly responded to my texts, called me and subesequently returned to my house to fix my air conditioner. After a brief discussion ruling out other less likely issues, Manny clearly had the knowledge and experience necessary to quickly isolate the cause of the problem (a capacitor in this case) that ultimately enabled him to fix my air conditioner in a timely manner at an afforable price. Thank You.

I found Reliable off of Google because I had no cooling from my AC. Manny was great to work with. He arrived on time, completed the job quickly and it was a good price. He also provided a couple helpful tips for the future. I would definitely recommend him.

I can not speak highly enough! Manny is always early to our appointments, bailed me out of a situation concerning my water heater and carbon monoxide in the house. He also replaced my heater, and installed central air in less than two days, including moving the A/C unit to accommodate me. Where do I begin?! My 3 year old AC unit was acting up. I didn't know what to do. I was referred by a friend to give Reliable Heating and Cooling a call, and boy I am happy that I did! Manny greeted me over the phone with kindness and professionalism. He had helped my some trouble shooting options. This really spoke to me about his character and how much he cares about doing the right thing vs just trying to get some money out of you.
Manny arrived on time and even kept me up to date on his arrival time. When he arrived to my home he was kind enough to explain the full process on how he was going to repair the AC. I greatly appreciated the transparent communication. He was kind and patient with my questions. Manny explained the whole process in a way that was easy to understand.
