Great fast service. Another time when they were unavailable in an emergency situation they referred me to another quality local who was able to come right out. They’ve definitely earned any future business

I called Dorr Monday, after a weekend of water heater issues. Within an hour we had someone here to fix it, super convenient!

Chris is prompt, friendly, neat, and does great work. Best plumber I have tried by far!

Chris came over to fix a pipe right away. He is fair and a great local plumber. Thank you for the help, Chris!

Incredible work and quality service... They are honest, fair, and treat their customers well. They’ve served this community for years and I know so many others who also have had a great experience with them. They do it right the first time!

Chris from Dorr called me. He was very understanding and understood my complaint. We came to a mutual agreement. I want to thank Chris for being so understanding. The work was good.

Can't say enough good things about Chris at Henigan-Dor Plumbing. Extremely professional and kept us informed as he repaired frozen pipes in our house.

Called Dorr Plumbing for a non emergency issue and they were very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely recommend for Plumbing needs.

Chris from Dorr plumbing was fantastic. Called and left a message and he returned my call promptly. He was on his way out for the day but still made time to come over and assist us. He was at our house in ten minutes and had the problem fixed within a half hour. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be calling him with our future plumbing needs!

Highly recommend! They have done several different jobs for us - installing sump pumps, fixing toilets, including one that was rocking very badly - and all have been done very thoroughly - at very reasonable costs. They've always been very friendly and explained everything in a way that's easy to understand.

I highly recommend Dorr Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs. They were super for our recent remodel and upgrade. They were responsive and communicated well. Their work was excellent and they answered question kindly. Yuni, Dave, and the whole team were great. 11/6/23

We recommend Dorr Plumbing. Chris did outstanding work installing our new toilet. We are very grateful for the skilled tradesman that he is. Chris also repaired our downstairs sink works and tightened up the master tub handles. He took the time to teach and explain. He was patient with our questions. Yuni, in the office, is a consistent resource and salesperson. Great work! Jennie & Bill, DeKalb, IL

Excellent service, and quality work. This is the 3rd time we have used Dorr Plumbing, and we have only great things to say about their service. Chris and his crew are polite, clean, and works at giving us good value with their service. Aces!!!

Very reliable company to work with. The gentleman are very respectful and will go out of their way to make sure that the customer is satisfied with the service. Would highly recommend you to contact them.

I have used Dorr many times in the last decade, and they always are top-notch across the board. Appointments are easy to get, even same-day. All servicemen have been knowledgeable, friendly, and terrific to work with. Garbage disposal, sump pump, toilet replacement, pipe repair...they do it all and at a fair price. Definitely one of the best in the DeKalb area.

Dorr plumbing is great! Professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
