Our basement drain backed up and flooded the family room. Service Master responded immediately. They removed the water, cleaned, sanitized and removed all the wet carpet. They dried and dehumidified furniture and walls. We have no mold or odor. They worked industriously and we are very grateful for the help.
This was an unfortunate event that they remedied for us. They are a hard working team!

mess-free and safe for pets. I recently experienced water in my basement and they came on a Saturday evening to help. The employees are respectful of my home and contents, and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

I have used Service Master for years. Pete has been our main guy & we are so happy it is. Having 6 kids, dogs, cats, & a husband, my carpets go through a lot! He always leaves them clean & fresh. The price is unbeatable & everyone is so easy to work with. They are the only carpet cleaning service we will call.

I would definitely recommend Service Master when you need your home duct work cleaned!!! The 2 service technicians arrived at the agreed time!!! They explained everything they would be doing and the time that my service would take. They were so professional and courteous that I really felt appreciated for my business. They were cognizant of making sure that they left my home clean when they finished cleaning the ductwork and also the “Dryer” exhaust duct!!! These techs were FANTASTIC!!!

I received recommendations from local friends to use Service Master for carpet cleaning. I called and scheduled an appointment within the same week. The technician who showed up was very pleasant and followed all Covid guidelines by wearing a mask and maintaining social distance. He thoroughly cleaned our carpets, being sure to spend extra time on high traffic areas. Our carpets looked fantastic afterwards! We will definitely use Service Master by Skip again.

Our experience with service masters was wonderful. Scott and his team were professional and friendly. They answered all of our questions and concerns, and worked quickly and cleanly. Scott and his team were GREAT! They were at my home in minutes to deal with the problems that had occurred. Friendly, helpful, courteous, fast, knowledgeable are the best words to describe Service Master Team. Recommended by my Insurance Company so glad I took their advice. The guys from ServiceMaster did a great job in my very spidery, dirty basement. It is unfinished, and none too pretty but their good cleaning made it look, and smell fabulous.

Had them come out and originally clean 1 large room and the stairs and landing. Ended up doing 3 rooms stairs and landing. Great price, courteous staff, and the best part was all the stains came out and the carpets look new again. They look better than when we moved into the house. I will recommend this company to everyone. They are the best.

I had a great experience with Scott from Carpet Masters in Sycamore, IL. Once scheduled, he arrived on time and explained what he was going to do. I originally thought he would have to use an additional product for "Pets", however he found he would not need to do that and adjusted the price upon completion. Customer Service at it's BEST. I would recommend this Service to anyone looking for carpet or furniture cleaning. They are efficient, on time and they do a wonderful job.

ServiceMaster by Skip was very responsive to my inquires and request for service. On the day of service, Don (the technician) was very punctual. He walked our home, asked questions, and answered our questions. During the cleaning, he was very considerate of our walls and floors to avoid damage. We were very pleased with the service we received, the quality of the work, and the professionalism of ServiceMaster by Skip from our initial phone call through the completion of work. Highly recommended!

Our Church has had ServiceMaster clean our carpets twice. We have coffee hour on the carpeted areas where coffee and juice are spilled. We never thought they could get all the stains out. But they did. The carpet looks like new!! They do such an outstanding job. Both times they were here when they said they would be here. The communication they have with us was great. They always called back as soon as they could. We appreciate doing business with people that care about you. Thank you Skip. We will be calling you again.

Scott with ServiceMaster is amazing. We had a garage fire that destroyed all/most of the garage. There's smoke/soot residue throughout the house and water damage from the fire fighters when extingushing the fire. Scott responded to an emergency call from me to quickly attend to the water on my hardwood floors. He was there quickly - it was a Saturday at 6:00 pm.

Overall - excellent service, professionalism, and knowledge!

We recently moved into a home that was occupied previously by smokers and of course to top that off I had to install hardwood floors. Skips team came in and were highly professional. It was long day but so worth it. They actually cut the wood in the house so to say that the ductwork needed to be cleaned was an understatement. When I returned the house had also been fogged, it was a new house!

Donald was on time, which is rare these days with services! He was super friendly and did a wonderful job on my cleanings. He also took the time to wait outside while I moved my dogs around the house! Scott responded within an hour to my phone call about paying by card while Donald was still here and I was all set and paid up by the time he walked out the door!

Had vomit stains all over brand new carpet, called the company and explained the situation. I called in the late evening and they were able to send out someone early the following morning. Brandon was professional and on time. It ended up coming out better than I could ever expect. The room that the carpet was cleaned in still smells sooo clean & fresh. Definitely will be calling this company again for their service. Thank you so much!

I had flaming material come our of the junction box on my stove pipe. Quick action limited damage to the emission of fire extinguisher. ServiceMaster there next day. My House was a disaster including the loft with Xmas decorations. It was 5 full days to make my house new again.
Courteous, professional team providing exactly what was promised and when I came home after they were done, 26 year old home was back to perfect.
