My Kenmore washer went out. I called they arrive the next morning on time. Very quick and polite. I shopped around but by far the most reasonable, only $155 to get fixed. I will call back if I need any add'l work done!

Don't buy maytag...just got this washer on June 9, 25 second time using on June 17 and it is not working...and they do not refund, they know their brand is trash!!!! Full of water me trying to use it two different days smh!!!!!

Adam was right on time, diagnosed the issues with the washer and oven right away, had all the needed parts on hand and had them both repaired and running within an hour! His price was reasonable and I will recommend his services highly!! A polite, professional and pleasant young man on top of it!

Adam was helpful from the first phone call, even suggesting a few things to attempt before he arrived to help pinpoint the issue. He knew exactly what he was talking about and walked me through every part and repair he was making. Will definitely use A&A Appliance again, and recommend them to anyone needing appliance repair!

The two guys that came were very knowledgeable and fixed my issue so quickly! They were accommodating to my schedule and very responsive via text. Another company I called said they were 3 weeks out schedule wise and Adam called me back the day I requested a quote and said he could be there the next day, which he was. I thought my dryer was making a weird sound once they left so they came back, no question to check it out. Turns out it was the top of the dryer being dented from putting detergent bottles on it. He took it off, straightened it out for me and reinstalled it. 10/10 service and knowledge!!!!

When my old washing machine and dryer broke, I was going to replace them. But after buying a new refrigerator and seeing the poor quality of modern appliances, I decided to opt for repair instead. Adam worked within my limited schedule, came out in a timely manner and now I have working appliances that I expect to use for another 2 decades. His prices are very reasonable and he stood by his estimate even though he had to replace a part he hasn't originally included in the estimate. I cannot praise the service or quality of his work enough.
In future, if I should need HVAC work or a new water heater, A & A will be the only service I will call .

Very professional and knowledgeable, they had to trouble shoot a complex problem with my Kitchen Aid freezer. It was leaking water on my expensive wooden kitchen floors. Adam and Ray really are good guys to work with and very prompt and efficient. As a professional machinist, I knew Adam and Ray knew exactly what they where doing and traced the problem to a circuit board. They actually saved me money and didn’t replace anything they didn’t have to. I been in the trades 30 years and definitely know these guys are very Honest and very reasonable! I highly recommend them for any appliance repair. It’s not often I do reviews, but Adam and Ray truly deserve a top notch 5 Star rating fir their skill and integrity which is hard to find these days.. Look no further if you need appliance repair! I highly recommend them.

Adam came the next day after I called him. He was able to identify the problem with my oven. He had the piece available in his truck. He was kind, considerate, and even vacuumed behind the oven for me as I just had back surgery. I would definitely use him again. Our dryer went out on a Saturday, and our regular place couldn’t fix it till the following week. I called A&A Appliance and he said he could be there in a half hour. He was very courteous, helpful, and extremely reasonable. I will definitely be using Adam in the future!! Very pleased with the service!

Aaron did an amazing job. Showed up earlier than advised, on day of. Was quick to analyze the issue, offer multiple solutions and pricing options, and then moved quickly. What I appreciated most was that he didn’t leave any mess behind him. I’ve had that happen a few times with repair guys.

Adam and his apprentice were responsive and knew exactly what the problem was with my LG washer. He educated me on what caused the issue and gave me recommendations for maintenance. He was polite, professional and wore a mask and shoe covers before stepping inside my house. His price was very reasonable and it helped avoid having to purchase a new washer. I would definitely use them again for all my appliances repair needs. Highly recommend him.

Adam with A&A appliance was great from the start of contacting him through Facebook. I told him my problem showed him a photo of my dryer, right away he was able to tell me the problem and was able to come out at the time I requested. Was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He even cleaned out the dryer for me as well showed me how to clean my washer which I don’t have a problem with now, but cleaning will help to prevent one. I Will be using this company again. As well referring to friends and family.
