Amazing house

Absolutely beautiful

Great company to do business with and communication was quick

Absolutely positively AMAZING must see!

they were doing a bunch of work without getting the proper permits all over my townhouse subdivision. jobs sites shut down by will county. for 3 weeks now people have exposed exterior walls. unprofessional

Construction concepts gutted the bathroom in our newly purchased home and also removed the mold that was associated with the plumbing issues in the bathroom. The crew was great and very clean. Will be contacting Dominic again. Thanks!

Remodeled my kitchen with dominic and his team, I could not be happier with the results. He made an awesome suggestion to remove a small wall which totally opened everything up. I ended up adding on refinishing my hardwood floors and painting my entry way. No matter how many questions I had dominic was always available. I live in a very strict condo building downtown....his company followed every rule precisely AND caused no damage to our tiny tiny elevators.

HOA in Tinley Park contracted this business for siding replacement. Work that was completed between December, 2020 through January , 2021,was not done well at all. The siding was not measured properly in some areas. The siding on the garage is warped and appears to have been installed backwards. Some areas were not caulked to name just a few of the disappointments. You can clearly see the questionable workmanship on my neighbors homes as well. Conversation was there would be corrections but not so. I recall seeing the truck near the premises for about 30 minutes. There are many issues that need workmanship resolution. Appears to be no interest and were paid for the work. Yelp shows Orland Hills, not sure why, but this is Tinley Park.

I am a VP of a Steel Service Center, they took on a big contract for my company. They went above a behind! Which impressed the owner of my company and he didn’t hesitate when saying that any projects moving forward, we will only be using Construction Concepts of Illinois. I heard of them through a friend and had my shop floor manager, who’s in charge of the project talk to Dominic (the owner of Construction Concepts). Responded immediately. Very professional, intelligent and all around great guy to deal with. After getting a few different estimates from other companies. We felt it was in the best interest of the company to go with Construction Concepts. It’s tough finding GREAT, TRUSTWORTHY and HARD WORKING companies like CC of Illinois. My company did our best to prepare for this project but things happen and unexpected changes occur. It didn’t matter. They were there for us. They do what it takes to get the job done! My shop floor manager who was in charge of the project, didn’t get the run-a-round. He couldn’t have been happier with how things turned out and how much they made his life easier. Projects are a pain in the you know what but they need to take place in order for our company to continue to grow. I don’t want to go into to many details but they saved the day numerous times when our previous landlord had issues with his contractors. I will tell you we found out about the issue (which was a pretty big issue) early in the morning. Called CC of Illinois right away, explained to them what was going on and they jumped all over it immediately! Please check out their website. The pictures of the other projects are fantastic because that’s what they do. Again, I work for a Steel Service Center/Steel distributor. My company can not thank them enough for amazing job they did. Please give Dominic (when I said “them” I mean him... you DO NOT have to talk to 6 different people when you need a simple question answered) He’s there for you when you need him, has a great crew and numerous reliable contacts so he can make sure whatever project you throw at him gets done! Give him a call and you won’t regret it! I passed along their company information to local Service Centers and manufactures I deal with. Hoping they can give them business. And I posted this message hoping that anyone who reads this does the same. It’s the least I can do for the great work they did and will continue to do!

We have used Construction Concepts for the majority of our projects at the amphitheatre since it's inception. There has yet to be a project that they were not able to complete on time and within budget. Safety is a huge concern and Dominic and his team are up to date on the latest codes and innovations within the construction industry. They are professional, work within our designated time frame, and produce a great final product. Dominic- the owner- is involved 100% of the time and will make sure any issues that come up are handled in a timely and professional manner. I would not hesitate to recommend Construction Concepts of Illinois for any project large or small.

We started work on our basement 3 weeks ago and it was just finished earlier today. Dominic and his ENTIRE crew Ray, Ryan (2), Guy, etc (to name a few) were fantastic. We had the entire basement from ceiling, walls, floors, and custom closet and custom shelf done, electrical and a few other things. The point is these folks are professionals and it seems to me as their team are perfectionists. From the customer service down to the work they ensured that we were satisfied. We made a few last minute changes in design and they were very patient and understanding and also gave me great options to chose from. Thanks Dominic and Construction Concepts for all of your hard work and dedication : )

In 2013, Construction Concepts remodeled our kitchen. Our house was built in 1953 so not much of the original construction is standard. Construction Concepts worked with us to customize and update my kitchen just like I had imagined it could be. I have updated Granite countertops which are absolutely beautiful. A year later I am still impressed with how my new kitchen looks. Construction Concepts did such a good job, my husband and I decided to remodel our basement with them this year. This was an even bigger job as it was a complete tear down and restructure. This also turned out amazing. Dominic and his crews are great at giving recommendations while still leaving the ultimate decision up to you. Once they started our jobs, they didn't quit until the work was completed. The guys are absolutely the best to work with. I wouldn't dream of having anyone else complete our home projects!

Construction Concepts finished my entire basement on schedule and at a very good price! The basement looks great and the work they do is top notch. The workers were very trustworthy, courteous, respectful of our schedules, and they kept everything very clean. We can tell they really cared about making all details look great. They did everything we needed (laminate flooring, carpet, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc). And best they built us an awesome, vintage looking custom Bar with reclaimed barn-wood with built-in Shelving behind it. Our friends and family are jealous and we will be hosting many parties!

These guys are awesome. They can literally do anything you could possibly need. Very professional, friendly and highly skilled.if your looking for residential remodels ,repairs or commercial builds, these guys do it all. I highly recommend them.

Couldn’t be happier with the work from Construction Concepts of Illinois! From the initial consultation to the finished project, everything was handled professionally and with great attention to detail. The quality of the workmanship really stands out, and they stayed on schedule and within budget — which is rare these days. Communication was clear and consistent, and they made sure I was happy every step of the way. If you’re looking for a reliable, skilled, and trustworthy contractor, this is the team to call!
