Jeff explained everything clearly, and his two employees did an excellent job. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, answered any questions I had, and were respectful throughout the process. I wouldn't recommend this company for home services. They failed to show up twice, without warning, and it wasn't until I called them that they offered a reschedule. When they finally did arrive, they still managed to surprise me by billing me the $99 service call fee upfront, only for it to take months to get my money back.

This company has its flaws. The driver's behavior during the service call left a bad impression - they tailgated, flipped me off, and attempted to intimidate me on 111th St in Chicago when merging lanes. Despite that, I've heard their customer service is top-notch. Hopefully, this wasn't the owner, as that would be unacceptable.
