Needed our travel trailer cleaned. Lizeth and Azucena did an outstanding job. We could not be happier. They were hard working, cheerful, and helpful in every way. I highly recommend Molly Maids. I plan on using them going forward. 5+ stars

The Mollies have been cleaning my elderly mom's home for more than a year. This was our first experience with a cleaning service and it was very important that my mom felt comfortable and safe with new people in the home. Not only do the Mollies do a great job cleaning but they are friendly and courteous and my mom looks forward to seeing them every two weeks. They are on time, efficient and thorough. Special shout out to Azucena and Lizeth who are my mom's favorites. Thank you for all you do!

My family and I have utilized several of the Molly Maids franchises. Most recently, Molly Maids of Southwest Cook County has cleaned our home on a monthly basis. All the cleaning technicians they've sent have done an excellent job. They are professional, thorough, and always ask if I see anything they may have missed. The most recent team was Guadalupe and Alejandra, and I give them both high-fives! 2024 has been an unpredictable year for our family. And, to the best of their ability, Molly Maids and their managers have worked around our rotating schedules. We highly recommend Molly Maids of Southwest Cook County for large and small cleaning projects.

I began having Molly Maids clean my parents’ house, starting today with a deep cleaning. Steph and Keila arrived, they were on-time in a Molly Maids car, and very kind with my aging parents. They came well-prepared with notes from my first call with a representative about what things to be careful with, in each room. They did a great job, the house is dust-free, they cleaned virtually every surface I can see, and were very careful with any fragile decor. I am looking forward to future visits!

I’ve been using this cleaning company for a while now, and Augustine and Laura always do an outstanding job. Every time they clean my house, it’s spotless, organized, and smells fresh. They’re professional, friendly, and pay great attention to detail, making sure everything is just right. I truly appreciate their hard work and reliability, which is why I keep coming back. Highly recommend this team if you want your home to look its best!

After 14 hours on the road moving from another state, I was extremely disappointed with the cleaning service provided. I made it very clear what was needed, yet it felt like the cleaners barely tried. The condo was completely empty, so there was nothing in the way... just cleaning to be done.

The blinds weren’t touched, doors were still dusty, light fixtures were only half wiped, floors unclean, light switches dirty, the tub was dirty, and drawers still had food, hair, and items left behind from the previous owner. After paying for this service and 14 hours on the road, I still had to spend hours cleaning and getting my kids settled into their new space.

The 4.9 rating did not hold up well for me. Very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend Molly Maids.

Always very satisfied with the way that the Molly Maid crew cleans our place. CC and Katie did a great job this most recent time. Everything is sparkling bright and clean. They are very friendly, pleasant, and professional too. Will definitely be using them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

This was the first time my husband and I hired a cleaning service and we were very nervous because we didn’t know how the process worked or if it was even worth it. We are so happy that we chose Molly Maid of Southwest Cook County to clean our house! As soon as we put in a request, we got an immediate response and there was clear communication. The lovely ladies that cleaned our house were Martha D., Martha A., and Daniela! A big thank you to them!! When we walked in and saw our house, we were amazed! They did a very thorough job and we are so happy with the results. We have a one year old and it has been almost impossible to thoroughly clean our house, we really got a lot off our shoulders with the deep cleaning that we got. We look forward to using this cleaning service again in the future, and I would really recommend it to anyone who is looking!

Isabel and Veronica were phenomenal. As a mom of 4, cleaning can get overwhelming. They came out, were prompt, and got started right away.

Hiring Molly Maid was the best decision ever!!! They do such a great job! I use them monthly but adding additional services when needed has always been very accommodating! Agustina and Kris were amazing!!!!

We had Maria R. And Romelia. They were very nice and friendly the moment they opened the door! They worked very hard and were careful about any fragile furniture or decorations they needed to move. They did well with any requests we gave them. Very friendly throughout the entire job and until they left.

I am very pleased with my first Molly Maid cleaning! Flo, Karla, and Yuly did such a nice job refreshing my home.

I had Augustina and kris clean my house again. This is now the 4th item they broke. I had a night light of elf on the shelf. The night light was plugged into the wall. Not sure how you break a night light. To make matters worse they did not even notify their office. I found out myself. I went to turn it on and it's broken. This is the 4 th item they have broke. Every other cleaning they break things. I've never left a tip. I've complained before regarding poor service and now all my belongings continue to be broken. I think they may be doing this on purpose. Also the office said that I can submit a receipt for a new item and that amount would be subtracted from the weekly bill. Nope never happened. Very disappointing.

Rocio and Gloria did a great job as always!! Highly recommend these 2 wonderful ladies.
