Septic System reviews in Towns, Illinois

Good service, good people. They ran a little behind on time, but still arrived on promised day and accomplished the task. Still faster and more accommodating than any other plumbing or drain place I have called. Real informative, Tim is a stand up guy. Not out to screw people like the big names. Had a different problem a few weeks later, possible luck I suppose, but was out same day within an hour or so. Highly recommend, 4 1/2 stars really, -1/2 for appointment time modification.

I called to get my septic tank cleaned last night and they were able to come this morning. Even after an ice storm with the roads somewhat dangerous. They were very courteous and professional I would definitely recommend their services. Also, they are very affordable and in line with their competitors. Great family owned company.

Terrible. They were unprofessional, extremely late on the rescheduled service because they failed to make the previous appointment. Over charged and tried to charge me more than the agreed amount. I do NOT recommend this company!
