Able to schedule quickly. Tech was at home on time. Was just having a cord replaced on a free standing convection oven but was unable to obtain the part over the phone so went to a hardware store to purchase it. He then came back to finish the repair and educated me on what outlets to use and avoid.

Very happy with Express Appliance Repair. I had Express Appliance come to my house to repair my microwave that had stopped heating. My microwave is part of a now discontinued matching appliance set with my refrigerator and stove, and I couldn't find a replacement to match. I called Express Appliance to repair it and I'm very satisfied with the outcome. They were very prompt about answering the phone and quick to come to my house for the repair. Now my microwave works perfectly and I'm happy I didn't have to replace it with something that wouldn't match my other appliances.

Everything said about Ivan is true. He came out to fix my oven that i tried to fix.. not only did he show me what i did wrong but he also cleaned the fans, Tested it and was Extremely Fair in price. I Have given his card to friends.

Responsive, friendly service. Older Jenn-Aire glass cooktop needed 2 switches replaced. Parts were very difficult to find, but Express Appliance was able to track the parts down over a 2-week period and repair the cooktop. Good communications keeping me updated on parts and on-time for estimate and repair visits. Ivan was very professional and customer service oriented. Highly recommend their services.
