they will survive though since they shadow behind a Home warranty company that's even more dubious.

Came out two different times and nothing has been completed. No idea what they are doing. Now telling me they cannot come back to work on my house for 3 weeks because they are busy.

David was very professional and helpful. He was able to resolve my issue and was informative on explaining what the problem was.

Pacey Electric is alright! I had a great experience with the technician and the service he provided. He walked me through all his troubleshooting and work and answered all my questions. I am the type to like to know what the technician is doing and why, this may sound annoying, but its helpful to know. Today the technician provided that and gave taught me a little about electric. Keep up the good work.

David was dispatched to my home after I put in a claim with my warranty company. David not only fixed the problem but he educated me on how to solve the problem next time. He arrived on time and was very friendly! Thanks David!

I was assigned this company by my home warranty company. I have not used them but when I spoke with them to make the appointment I was told, and this is a direct quote "the home warranty company told you that even if we are not able to complete the job you still have to pay the service fee?" This let's me know that they have no intention of actually doing the job but just want to collect the money. I would rather pay another company to actually do the work.

David was very professional. He went above and beyond. And Lauren was very Dependable and accommodating. Both very Straightforward Dependable with their work ethics.

I did not confirm the appointment however the technician still came into my home when I wasn't there because my 11 year old son answered the door and the worker let himself in-very unprofessional and creepy. He could have waited outside for me or called me before he came in when no adult was present. He finally called me when he was already inside my house upstairs working on the wrong fan. I did not feel comfortable with the situation. He was hired by Home Warranty of America- not me.

Home Warranty of America’s failed us by sending this company out to our home. My wedding rings were stolen. I called Paceys and was told that their employees do not steal and to get a lie detector test. I was very nice to these people, they made me realize that you can’t trust anyone no matter what, Home Warranty of America; you’re canceled.
I have filed a police report and taken other precautions, this will not go unnoticed.

Liberty Home Guard hired Pacey Electric to repair a commercial doorbell intercom system. Not only did they not resolve the issue they made it worse and it took them 2 months, 5 technicians with no resolution. They wanted me to keep opening up claims and paying $70 each time. I tried hiring another company that worked with them and they discredited me like I was a disgruntled customer. Please do not hire this company unless you want to deal with additional problems and no accountability.

I am truly unsure how this company is still in business. I was referred to them by a locksmith we worked with in the past. I reached out to get a quote for an installation and was unaware that they only installed their own products- which is fine. The customer service (or lack thereof) that I received was baffling and truly appalling. The person I communicated with was rude and I want to encourage others NOT to use this company on the sheer principle that their professionalism doesn't exist.

No communication or follow-up. Set a day/time for a job quote, no one showed until much later in the day, and only after I called to inquire if they were still coming out. Was told I would hear back in a week, it has now been 2.5 weeks with nothing.

Had an electrical emergency. Peter was very accommodating and helped it be as economical as possible. Work got done on a Sunday which was awesome. Would definitely utilize them again.

The electrician Irvin and his partner did a complete check up and replaced old connections. Very friendly and polite guys and kept me informed of all they were doing. Would highly recommend this company.
