Recently purchased a house to renovate. House had been inhabited by 5 smokers/ hoarders. Definitely Needed a deep cleaning!
Service Master advertises deep cleaning of tile and grout. They never touched it in bathrooms. Never cleaned the Windows until pointed out and then did only 1/2 of each window?
A major, concentrated effort I had expressed to them was a deep cleaning of walls so that I could paint. Never cleaned ceilings and/or closet walls.
Needless to say, painting was very difficult.
Advertised deep cleaning of floors. All they used was a bucket of water and mop. Swooshed dirty water around.
Service master did however, do a fine job cleaning out the vents as it was much needed because of previous indoor tobacco use.
All in all, disappointed and would not recommend Service Master to deep clean residential homes.

I hired this company to clean my room size and some smaller rugs. I must give credit where credit is due. The guys who came out were very courteous. While the rugs were wet, I could not tell the quality of work. Once the rugs dried, I could see that I wasted over $300 on this company's "service". I also noticed right away that one of the smaller rugs was barely wet and still smelled like my dog. Perhaps the guys courtesy was a front for the con to come. I would have been better serviced renting a machine from a home improvement store or better, yet I could have bought a shampooer for less than $300. I did inform the company of the poor performance and was ignored. This company will never hear from me again, but everyone I know looking for the services that they offer will hear about them.

Super-impressed with staff! Connected immediately with someone on the 4th of July, who was very responsive and thoughtful in a delicate situation (and over a holiday and holiday weekend). Was able to schedule the work immediately, easily, and for the date/time i needed. The crew who showed up were prompt and courteous, and very thoughtful in a delicate situation. The crew were meticulous, kind, and went above and beyond to help us. Absolutely would and will use again.

What a nightmare, we had a major water leak in our family room from a storm. Insurance told us to call for restoration. We contacted ServiceMaster in Villa Park and we are very pleased we did. Where to start; they are friendly, professional, very reasonable , careful, and clean. Everyone we came in contact with, in person or over the phone was terrific. Our family room was put back together good as new! We could not be more pleased and gladly recommend them!

We had ServiceMaster come out to do some mold remediation in our attic. They did a really good job, it looks great! We chose them because they have been around for a very long time and they have a good reputation. We made the right choice!

The team completely cleaned an entire home, even removing stuffed animals to dust the wall shelf underneath. The staff responded to particular requests with grace and expertise: Bathrooms were spotless and floors like new. Worked with rigor and attention to detail. Glad I called ServiceMaster.
