The technicians were professional, courteous and completely explained what they were going to do and answered all questions. The quote provided was the final cost and there weren’t any additional charges. We were able to see before and after pictures and were very impressed with the after. I was in a bind during the very cold temps and couldn’t find anyone to come clean out and inspect our chimney. Hubert came from All Pro Air Duct and fit us in within 3 days and did a great job. Their pricing is also fair compared to the chimney and fireplace companies. I would definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

The technicians, Sergio and Zach, were on time, were very professional, explained how the work would be done, did a thorough job (showed before and after pictures) and left everything neat and clean. Had them out to clean air ducts and they found an issue with my AC. Ivan came out the next day to clean the air compressor and add Freon. Very easy to work with and potentially saved me hundreds of dollars in repairs down the road. Great customer service and work.

I was extremely satisfied with my air vent cleaning. I called All Pro being a local resident and seeing their great reviews online. My air vents were in desperate need of cleaning. I'm expecting my first child in a few months and when I realized how dirty they were I called All Pro in a panic hoping they would be able to help clean them out and ease my mind. Juan and Jr. came out to the house a few days after my call, and did such a great and thorough job cleaning all my ductwork. I know it was a tough job being that I doubt the previous owner of the house ever had it cleaned and the before and after pictures are absolutely night and day. I am so grateful they were able to give me peace of mind knowing my family will be breathing better quality air. I would highly recommend to everyone and multiple family members of mine already are planning on using them in the future!

The team that came was fantastic! A baby possum got trapped in our window well and one of the guys jumped down there and got it out for us! Granted they wanted to use that window, we still very much appreciated it. They also explained everything they were doing and did such a great job. The house just feels better. Everytime I call out All Pro, They keep me informed on arrival time, they wear shoe coverings, they work in a professional manner, they charge a competitive rate, they work efficiently, and most important they leave a duct in the condition it was the day it was built into the home. I have never had anything negative to say about the company. Every employee I have interacted in the office or at home with has been a good spirited human being.
