My mother had a house fire May 4, 2021. My brother has been working with Ambiance. Cleanup more or less done by July 3, 2021. Cleanup is OK. Entire house was down to studs. Contract signed then for reconstruction. I estimate there was 13 weeks of work total for construction. Insurance asked to strive for closing the claim Jan 31, 2022. As of today, over 9 months into construction, and over 12 months since fire they have been on site for construction about a week and a half. Job is about 10% done. Patched roof and floor, some electrical and plumbing. No HVAC, no window or door repair, no insulation, no ceiling, no wallboard, no kitchen cabinets, no flooring. My 85 year old mother is still displaced. I spoke to another contractor last November and they said they would have been finished by then.

Project Manager Ostap Prusak for Ambiance Cleaning and Restoration was the best. He made sure I understood the whole process, made me feel comfortable talking to him, and was very respectful (his team as well). They did a great job with my roof and inside my home. I recommend this company to anyone. I will definitely call them again if I need their business! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I am so pleased with the service. Dominika made the whole experience go so smoothly and it was such a pleasure knowing her. (Sending good wishes to the family on the new addition in the coming weeks.). The whole crew was great From Wojciech all the way to the end. Jose, who did the reconstruction was very helpful, keeping me informed of the next step along the way to nailing the last baseboards. He was so neat that a cleaning lady I had come in to clean the floor commented it was cleaner than any cleanup she has ever had to do after construction. So, thank you all, you made me feel like a part of your family. So considerate.
P.s. I need some good polish sausage.

WOWZERS!! Amazing experience. We really received a lot of care from everyone, from every angle of the job.

Ostap, who managed the project, was really kind. He is always available to answer questions, come to the job site and oversee everything, communicate with us the process from start to finish. He worked so hard to help us in the design and truly cared about getting fixtures to match and making sure we were happy with everything.

Luis, the main construction guy, had a great team working for him. The attention to detail was so refreshing and hard to come by. And if anything wasn't quite right, the willingness to fix stuff was amazing.

Also Ian, the main guy, really cares as well. I called him at the end of the project to compliment his team and say thank you. But first I pranked him and told him that I was upset. When he thought I was actually upset, he handled himself SO well! Like if I were really an angry customer, he could not have been more polite, understanding, and well-mannered. I do not advise pranking them, however that really showed me how much he cared about having a good experience for his customers.

I can never say enough good things about Ian and his team at Ambiance. They're super responsive, easy to work with, and they complete their work to the highest possible standard. I've had a couple issues with my home over the years and it's always a relief to know that Ambiance is a call or text away and that the issue will be resolved by true professionals. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone who asked!

Great service! We had a pipe burst on a Sunday afternoon that flooded our basement. They were at our house within an hour and half of calling my insurance company. They got everything cleaned up and fixed that Sunday evening. They've been great at communicating with everything. Would highly recommend if you are thinking about using similar services.

Omg these guys saved us and they did it so elegantly and efficiently. They are hard working and personable and they truly did an exceptional job when all of a sudden a pipe burst in our home. We thought we did it all correct with letting faucets run, but alas one was left shut off and that caused the midnight mayhem of raining pouring down in our dining room. We immediately shut the power off and cleaned up what we could, the rest was taken care of by AMBIANCE! Thank you so much for doing an absolutely excellent job!!! We highly recommend you to anyone having any home issue that needs the very best around!!

We chose Ambiance to manage both the asbestos abatement and the full rebuild of our first floor after a pipe burst, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. My first experience of this place was interesting. Their promotional flyer actually dyed my mailbox post a horrible shade of bright orange. Within 24 hours of being notified of this, my mailbox post was a good as new. Looking forward to working with them in the future.

Wonderful service! Was recommended by my friend Michael. I was always skeptical of getting a cleaning service but they made the whole experience very comfortable. Will definitely be coming back in the future
