WHIRLPOOL DRYER WAS RUNNING, BUT NOT HEATING. CALLED TO SEE ABOUT REPAIR AND ABDUL WAS AT OUR HOME WITHIN 3 HOURS. ABDUL DID BASIC DIAGNOSTICS AND EVENTUALLY HAD TO TAKE THE ENTIRE MACHINE APART TO REPLACE THE GAS SAFETY VALVE. HE THOROUGHLY CLEANED THE MACHINE AND ITS NOW RUNNING LIKE NEW. EVERYTHING ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE WAS FIRST CLASS.

ABDUL MANNAN COMPANY ADVISOR & SENIOR TECHNICAL ENGINEER CAME OUT TO MY LOCATION AND QUOTED ME A DOUBLE PRICE FOR A MOTHERS BOARD. AFTER I SHOWED HIM THE PART AND PRICE ON THE SAME WEBSITE HE WAS SO EMBARRASSED THAT HE JUST KEPT APOLOGIZING. THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF!!! SO GLAD I DID MY OWN RESEARCH. THEN THE MANAGER CALLED AND APOLOGIZED AND OFFERED ME A DISCOUNT.
