Concrete Contractor reviews in West Chicago, Illinois

I had a ton of bushes, a tree, and a huge amount of debris that needed to be removed. Francisco and his team handled it all flawlessly. They cleared everything out, mulched two sides of my yard, and edged all the beds, completely transforming the space.

The work was done quickly, efficiently, and with clear attention to detail. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Not only does everything look great, but Claudia ensured the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the amount of work involved in this case. I was happy to find a family business that delivers a high quality of work at a fair price.

I would absolutely trust Francisco and his team with any future landscaping work. He’s reliable, hardworking, and clearly committed to excellence. Highly recommend.

Francisco and his crew did a fantastic job on our concrete driveway. Professional and friendly, and we're in and out in 1 day. Very impressed with the clean-up afterwards as well. Highly recommend & will use them again for other projects.

Outstanding service in replacing old patio. Reasonable and respectful, highly recommend.

F&C were a pleasure to work with. They were very accommodating in regards to our schedule. They arrived promptly to saw cut and dispose of a large 17x20 section of patio. Not only were they extremely thorough but they were quick. It took them less than 2 hours. The whole experience was seamless. It was easy to communicate with them and they were very friendly. They took the proper precautions to protect our grass from the machine and cleaned up nicely. The area looks great and we are beyond happy with their work. Overall, our experience with F&C was outstanding. We would definitely recommend them.

Really nice local company

Amazing work!

Came out and made sure everything was done properly and to my satisfaction.

Professional, FAST, clean and awesome communication!
The best pricing, the best service.

HORRIBLE customer service. Had an issue with their service and the wife handled the situation so poorly! She was rude and didn’t not offer any type of help even though her company messed up.

I cannot recommend this company enough, the owners are extremely professional, kind and knowledgeable and their team is insanely efficient and clean. I'm in awe of my yard!!

Experienced, professional, reasonably priced, exceptional work. The patio they installed looks great!!!

I am very happy with my new fence! The guys were very professional, on time and did a great job!

I am very pleased with the work they did at our house, they were pretty fast at getting out estimate and got the job done faster than we thought ! Thank you !!

Amazing job, totally transformed my back patio & installed beautiful new grass! Will recommend to all my friends and family members.

They were very professional and did what they said they would do. The work was done neatly and on time. Claudia and Francisco are great to work with - I am very pleased with the work.

We met with their rep 3 days ago to get a bid on a new concrete patio. Wasted our time going over the details and the rep who said she'd have the numbers later that day or early the next. No response.

Took down a damaged pergola from a storm that was 12x12 and cemented in. 2 men arrived and it took them less than 35 minutes. Both men were polite and Had MONSTER STRENGTH. A job well done boys you have earned my business and will be very highly recommended.

F & C installed the back portion of our fence. The fence looks really good, better than the old one! The crew was friendly and hard working. Couldn’t have asked for better service from Francisco and Claudia!

If you're looking for a company for quality work, F & C Demo and Construction is the place for you. They installed a new stamped concrete patio for me and it looks amazing. Francisco the owner, pays attention to detail and is very knowledgeable. The patio that they installed for me was not at all easy, very complex, lots of detail, especially with the stamped concrete fire pit! If there are any concerns that you have, he will walk through them with you and make sure that you are 100% satisfied. He really cares about his customers.

I definitely recommend F&C demo they did an amazing job on our patio. The guys worked very fast and left the area super clean afterwards. I will definitely use them next time.

Highly recommended!!! We got multiple quotes on doing our brick paved patio and F&C was for sure the winner! Not only was the pricing unbeatable, they really made us feel taken care of. Very easy to work with and considerate. We were so happy with the way our patio turned out we had them do our landscaping as well. Totally transformed our backyard and we couldn't be happier!!!
