Searched for a year to find a contractor to repair our 25 year old brick patio and paver walkways. Called Daniel based on his positive client reviews. He came out the very next day, reviewed our needs and gave me a quote before he left. We were scheduled and they showed up on time and got right to work.

They rebuilt the patio retaining walls, filled and leveled the patio base, laid back the patio pavers, relaid and limestone walkway edging, and relaid paver walks from ground up. The patio looks better than new.

Daniel and crew also resod two areas where trees and bushes were previously lost. All work done exceeded our expectations at a competitive price. We could not be happier with the results and highly recommend Daniel and his crew.

Daniel and MLC really came to our rescue. We struggled for several months to find a contractor to replace a sizable, rapidly deteriorating retaining wall on our property. After finally connecting with another contractor, negotiating and renegotiating our contract, and getting all the required permits, that contractor backed out of the project in mid-October. Our engineer put us in touch with Daniel who promptly assessed the project, quoted a fair price, fit us into his schedule, and completed our project on budget – all by mid-November. Daniel knows his stuff and was very easy to work with. After the dust cleared and the final check was cashed, we realized that our driveway took a beating over the course of the project. We probably should have anticipated this given all the heavy material and equipment involved. We got an independent estimate to make the driveway repairs, and Daniel promptly sent a check so that we can take care of repairs in the spring. We were incredibly lucky to find Daniel and whole-heartedly recommend him for hardscaping and drainage projects.

Daniel and the My Landscape Contractor (MLC) crew are incredible. I cannot say enough to convey how well they did fixing our patio and also creating new additional patio, a retaining wall, two privacy fences and a new composite ceiling under our second floor balcony. We had a paver patio that was sinking up to a foot in several locations causing major issues making our large, raised patio a hazard. We consulted with 4 other hardscape/landscape companies and MLC was the standout clear choice. We felt that Daniel had the best solutions at a reasonable price. He was confident in his solutions and executed them perfectly. He took my creative ideas for the new additions and made them work while keeping structure and long term stability a priority. We were very confident throughout the entire process that Daniel was the right choice. We appreciated that he kept in constant communication with us regarding the schedule and work. He oversaw and worked directly with his paver team on a daily basis for 2 weeks. It was amazing what they accomplished in such a short time given how much work was to be done. On a rare occasion, we noticed something small that needed to be changed and he immediately had it corrected. We worked with his paver team, softscape team (for sod) and carpentry team. Each team was professional and did excellent work. The best part is that we feel our patio will never sink again because they did such an excellent job. I spoke to Daniel about some hardened concrete on my pavers on my patio. I sent pictures to him as requested . He then gave me some good suggestions on what I can do and also some things I should not do. This company does not come to my area. Team did a great job completely restoring our paver walkway and patio which included a ton of uneven surfaces, two walls that had sunk about 6 inches, an uneven pathway, stairs that were out of line, and the whole thing was power washed, recanted and resealed. Looks like new. Would definitely recommend.

Removed old bricks, washed , and put down rocks, then bricks
topped with sand and power washed. They removed bricks from walkway. Then put down soil, grass seed and covered with straw.
They even replanted my flowers around patio. They are really hard workers, very friendly and so easy to work with. We highly

We hired MLC to replace our retaining wall. Daniel and his crew were great. The wall came out great and they kept us up to date with the project status. They worked with us on changes to the project and also took care of all the inspections and permitting.

We had a great overall experience working with My Contract Landscaper. Daniel was easy to talk to and was always available with any questions or concerns that we may have had throughout the project. We had a continuous water retention problem on our brick paver patio and Daniel was able to come up with a full plan and execute it. They did a full rip down and then ran out extensive drainage piping underneath the newly laid brick pavers. Daniel and his team did excellent work rebuilding our brick patio. It is better than the original design and has fewer steps. The workers were very courteous and respectful, and completed the project in 3 days. Communication with Daniel was also excellent. Highly recommended!

I’ve had a problem at a building for about 4 years. I was told by a professional that it would be almost $7000 to fix the problem. Before deciding I talked to Daniel to get his opinion and he assured me that what I was being told was incorrect and inaccurate and could be fixed for a fraction of the price.
