horrible drivers , i dont think anyone hauling a trailer should going 60 in a 45 , weaving through traffic and riding peoples behind. Truly unacceptable

These guys take care of a huge subdivision I live in and always put care into every home entry way. They really take pride in what they do and it shows. Great company from the top down can't get better than these guys.

Classic Landscape has been a fixture in the community for many decades. Hard working and professional at what they do.

Blew mulch all over outdoor seating area at restaurant in downtown Oswego after laying mulch at apartment building next door. Covered everyone’s food and drinks and ruined the meal. Unbelievable.

This company is a third party used my new home builder. I had no idea someone was coming to fix a work order Input in almost a month ago through my builder. I have dogs also. All of a sudden my gate is open and a bunch of men in my back yard. I appreciate the hard work but no one told me they were coming and not even a ring on the doorbell. I told them I'm sorry I didn't hear my doorbell and they said they didn't use it. I told them most everyone has dogs so you need to plus who wants unknown people in their yard.What if I let my dog out not knowing they are there with the gate open. Most everyone was good and respectful but one man was angry and said you complained didn't you we are here to fix it now and was angry young punk. I said I put a work order in with my company. I hope the owner has respect on other people schedule and yards to train employees to use a doorbell and act professional. I have Camaras and I was talking nice to them. Maybe he was having a bad day but not ok, do better. That guy needs training how to deal with customers profesonally. I was having standing water all along my fence that needed fixing.

Use this company with our hoa.

They broke chairs, solar lights, flower pots, and more. Not to mention they did not clean up at all.

Let’s see if the correct their negligence or if I have to get the courts involved.

Amazing and helpful! There were baby ducks stuck in a storm drain in Aurora next to where they were working. They used their tools and got the drain open and all the ducks to safety! They didn’t hesitate to help at all! I was trying to get animal control to come and they quickly stepped in!

These guys came and installed our sod and laid seed/netting/hay. In the front where the sod was installed, several spots were overlapping, so sod on top of sod. Pretty sure it's supposed to be sod on top of soil. They also left clumps of mud, clay, and leftover sod on top of the new sod. This left brown spots on the brand new lawn in several spots. The sod is not touching in various spots so we have noticeable gaps and mini trenches all throughout the yard. Seems they could have done a better job in getting the sod to be flush with each other.

In the back where they seeded, they didn't bother picking up any large rocks or utility flags. I picked up an entire 5 gallon bucket of large rocks and about 20-30 flags. They just laid the netting and seed over them. They seem to think grass will grow through large rocks and flags. We had no say in these guys doing the work as we are part of new construction. Our home builder has been the worst and their selection of contactors falls in line with them. No surprise here.

Quality of work is abysmal in addition to the poor responsiveness for service requests. Have damaged my house twice now with mowers and have gone completely silent when trying to engage. Have failed to deliver on 3 different service requests related to missed services. Most HOAs we've talked to have said the exit Classic as soon as possible & you can now add ours to that list. Performance issues are well documented as systemic.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE, please read on to find out and check out the photos attached... Classic landscape was contracted to maintain our town home association and has done a poor job keeping up with our needs, while upholding the contract they signed.

When emailing/calling the owner, Jeff Engvall, he danced around the issues we have been having and even ignored emails when reaching out about breach of contract. Don't believe me, take a look at the photos below where they blatantly stop taking care of our yard while still collecting our money...

Classic Landscape... More like a classic politician. If you are in charge of a HOA do yourself a favor and look over your contract and make sure your needs are being met. As the old saying goes, "If you give em an inch, they will take a mile.."

-No fertilizer
-No lawn aeration
-No spring clean up
-Weeds are out of control
-Dead spots everywhere (When asked if they could rectify we were ignored)
-Burn spots
-I could go on but if you have made it this far you get the point

Need Snow Removal - Go elsewhere too.. We were told we are not priority which is fine since we are a smaller HOA, but to say they were on top of the snow removal would be a lie. Seems like they have too few employees to meet the needs of there customers while taking on huge contracts. Classic Cop Out.

After all this we asked for a bid for next year in hopes classic would make this right, only to be disappointed... They tripled our price! When we asked about the price and itemization his reply was that was a per month price w/ no option for snow removal... He was doing the same work at our HOA for a 1/3rd of the of the price W/ Snow Removal!!!

This comes weeks before the snow season. No contract or line items on what that price entails.... I know times are tough but this just sounds like a "F U" price given they have completely destroyed our yard now and will have to pay another company to fix..

We would have been happy to pay extra given material increases and wages going up but how can we do that in good faith with our yard looking the way it does? Not to mention THE OWNER has no answers for us. This is the type of shady business this company does.

In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend using Classic Landscape for snow removal or landscaping.

Armando and his crew were very professional in fixing my parents existing underground sprinkler system. Once they were complete, Armando took the time to show us how to use the sprinkler app and answered any questions that we may have. He was professional and courteous, I would highly recommend him if you're looking for any irrigation work to be done!

We recently had Armando and his team install an irrigation system. They did an incredible job from start to finish and the sprinklers work great! Highly recommend this company

I recently hired Ascend to service my irrigation system and repair several leaks and broken sprinkler heads I had. I must say, their team was absolutely awesome! Ascend is awesome. Armando and his team are extremely hard workers. They really care and want the customer to be happy. Very hard to find a company that has that type of work ethic.

Trenched and then mulched all the areas in my yard and it looks great.

This is the second time I have hired them. Last year they fixed 2 gutter drainage major issues I had. No more problems thanks to Ascend Irrigation and Hardscape. Definitely will hire them again.

Armando and his team were extremely efficient and responsive. We are very pleased with the results and would certainly recommend Ascend.

Armando at Ascend was so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. He assisted with winterization of my irrigation system (further into the winter months than I’d care to admit) when other companies said they couldn’t help. He was easy to communicate with, came out quickly, and made multiple trips to ensure my system was prepared for winter. I look forward to working with him again in the spring.

The new sprinklers Ascend installed are working great and covering the full lawn now. Also appreciate the time Victor spent with me adjusting and explaining my control unit! The changes will significantly reduce my water usage and water bill this summer! I give them 5 stars for their service.
