I can’t thank Andrew and his team more! We had a flood in our basement and they were super responsive, quick to arrive and knew just what to do! They acted quickly, were knowledgeable, super friendly and professional! They got everything dried out and better than it was before! They brought in high end equipment and really saved our basement! So glad we called them and I would highly recommend if you ever need them! You won’t regret calling APT!!

Awesome company!!!! We had a water leak into our finished basement....by the time we noticed it had been 6 months....Called Andrew and his team and within 2 hours they were at my house cutting down ceiling....2 weeks later ceilings are dry and fixed floor has been replaced and house is back to normal....crisis averted thanks to Andrew...

Andrew & team were phenomenal! We had a pipe explode in the wall and water was coming up through the floors. I called APT, they were super responsive, quick, friendly, efficient, professional and all around amazing! APT has been great to work with! Greg came out for carpet cleaning when we first moved in—he was prompt, professional, and left the carpets looking (and smelling) so much better. More recently, Andrew came out the day after we reported a water leak. He quickly set up fans, cut out the damaged drywall, and thoroughly monitored the area. They also recommended a plumber and drywall specialist—both were great! Jessica, Andrew, and the whole APT team have been incredibly responsive and helpful. Cannot recommend them enough—thank you!

APT came all the way up to Milwaukee for us after the floods this month (August 2025). We had an estimate from Servpro that was more than double what APT charged us, which seemed like price gouging during a vulnerable time. They even quickly helped us with some white mold that had grew on our ceiling. After our sewer backup, we have our basement back, smelling even better than before. Great dudes, they were very personable, highly recommend.

After experiencing sewage water damage in our basement due to a failed ejector pump, Andrew and his team at APT Water Restoration came to our rescue! He personally responded, took the time to explain the entire process, and immediately put his crew to work. Within two days the contaminated materials were removed, everything was thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, and they continued drying and monitoring until the job was completed. The entire team was courteous, knowledgeable, and they also worked directly with our insurance company, which took a tremendous amount of stress off our shoulders during a very difficult time. I would highly recommend APT and have already referred them to others!

I am a general contractor in the western suburbs and for years we've been looking for someone who can do a post-construction deep cleaning (really get into every inch of the home). They did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets! I have pets so it’s not always easy to get them as clean as I’d like but they did a stellar job!! The lady who scheduled me was extremely helpful in answering questions and helping me feel confident in the work they’d do as well which led me to choosing them over other companies.

Voda just recently did an air duct cleaning for our home. Luis was on time, very professional, and treated our space with great care. He walked us through the process in detail beforehand. He also provided an overview of the work with before and after photos of our ducts when he finished.

Luis and Jaime efficiently cleaned the air ducts and carpeting in a timely manner. My carpeting looks lighter and cleaner than when Stanley Steamer came 2.5 years ago. The cleaning solution is less smelly or strong which makes a difference with my asthma. The general smell is much better than it was before their service. Grateful for all the service done today.
