Our A/C stopped working during the night. We called One Call and Brian was able to make a service call that morning. He diagnosed our issue quickly and gave us a few options. Sadly, our unit is older and does need to be replaced within the next few years. Brian, at our request, fixed the current issue. We'll be calling him again when it is time to replace our A/C unit. It's always nice to work with a company that isn't pushing you to spend hundreds of dollars to fix an issue.

Great communicators, great prices, great reliability. I was expecting them tomorrow, and their tech called this afternoon to say he was finished at another job early, had extra time, and could he come by today? He worked quickly to accommodate my schedule, but took the time to show me a potential problem area (rodents!). Last fall, we had a discussion about the condition of our furnace and water heaters, and what their remaining life expectancy was. The tech patiently answered all of our questions and did not try to up-sell us on things we didn't need. Ladies -- here is a company whose techs do not talk down to you, whether your husband is there or not. I wish other contractors (and mechanics) were all like this. What a great asset to the community.
