From the moment I contacted Jamie, he was extremely responsive. The quote was competitive, but our job turned out to be more complicated than expected. Chester assessed the situation and came up with a solid plan that met our unique needs. David and Bogdan arrived on time and put in long hours to complete the installation. Adding central air duct work proved challenging, but they executed it flawlessly.

I relied on Protemp for both air conditioning and heating work last summer. After exceptional service, I came back to them when my heater failed.
