I hired these guys for furnace issues when I desperately needed heat due to extremely cold weather and a non-functioning unit. They convinced me to sign up for their premium service, which turned out to be a waste of money. The tech arrived between 10:15-11:15 am as promised, but instead of fixing the problem, he took pictures and left without doing anything. I was expecting a full repair since it was freezing outside and my furnace wasn't working properly.

Instead, I got nothing. When I called them back to demand a refund and cancel the premium service, they simply canceled it without asking what happened and told me my refund would be processed in 3-5 days. This whole experience was a huge mistake. Now I'm left without heat after waiting for hours to get it fixed. Do not use this company unless you want to waste your money on unnecessary services and wait around for something that may never happen.

Avoid this company at all costs. I called them on January 31st, 2019, to have my furnace repaired. Their guy showed up at 8:50am, noticed some dust, and temporarily fixed it by blowing into a three-way hose that connects the sensor switch and pilot. However, the issue returned after just 4-5 hours, and he left after charging me $445. The work took only 15 minutes, yet they still managed to bill me for over four hours of labor.

To make matters worse, our home was left without heat on the second night, with temperatures plummeting to 55 degrees. Given that my furnace is relatively new (installed in November 2017), it's not like it's due for maintenance. The whole situation feels like a scam. When I called them again at 5pm and asked when they'd send someone to fix the issue, they refused to come out despite being paid already. It's infuriating.
