I short‑circuited my entire apartment at 8pm on a Sunday and thought I was in for a long, stressful night. Bright Room Electric was at my place within 45 minutes. They immediately knew what the issue was, explained it clearly, and handled everything with total professionalism, including putting on shoe covers the moment they walked in.

I live in a high‑rise, and gaining access to the building’s electrical panel took nearly an hour. They waited patiently with me the entire time and never once rushed, complained, or cut corners. Once access was approved, they fixed the problem quickly and confidently.

Fast response, expert work, and genuinely respectful service. As far as I’m concerned, no other electrician exists in Chicago.

Had issues with my flickering kitchen lights, the Bright Room tech came out and explained why they are flickering and priced time to fix it that same day, very professional and honest!!

Omar, was one hour late arriving due to understandable circumstances. However, he was very apologetic and more than compensated for the loss time. It was a hard job, which i knew it would be going in because of the age of my home. Omar was professional, courteous and knowledgeable throughout. Pricing was fair and DEFINITELY WORTH EVERY PENNY 👌 Will be recommending to my friends.

I needed light switches in my kitchen changed out. It was a small job, but essential. Bright Room came out within two days, traveling from Westmont to Oak Park. The work was well done, and the charge was reasonable. The repair person was very knowledgeable, and shared his expertise with me.I highly recommend this business, and plan to call on them again when in need of electrical work.

Horrible service. They have no idea what they're talking about. I called them thinking I'm calling an expert and it turned out I was more of an expert than them. Save yourself the money. They will lie to you to take more out of you thinking you don't know much. Bonus reason why you should take your business elsewhere: the guy nearly crashed into my car that was parked on the street when he came.
