Talked and texted back and forth with details on the job. Was ready to schedule work, but did not get any response after multiple texts and calls. Very unprofessional. I would recommend using another service.

Peter is engaging and helpful... his work is thorough and his pricing is reasonable. It's nice to get good help these days and Peter is great.

My house started to smell funny. And I was trying to get to the root of
the problem. A friend of mine suggested that I probably needed to have
my air ducts cleaned out since I run my AC all day long. He suggested
also, that I call Peter's Air Duct Company . He said he had used them
before and they always do a good job. I must say that they did. Amazing
job!!!

Peter said he could be at my house May 5 th between 12 and 3 by text I confirmed with him saying thats fine by text immediately after.

He never put me on his schedule and never showed up or called I rearranged my schedule took the day off and moved all my furniture so it would be easier for him to clean. No show no way to do business.

Truly the most professional business you could ever hire! They have the most affordable price for a great service. They even make sure to not track dirt into the house by wearing special shoe guards. I would most certainly recommend to family and friends!

Made an appointment easily. Very reasonable rate compared to other places I requested quotes from. Didn't try to upsell me on "extras". Peter and his assistant wore shoe boots to keep areas clean. Love this company. The team always does such an amazing job in thoroughly cleaning our home. The company’s app allows you to add a tip, reschedule your clean, and get precise updates as to when they will be arriving at your home. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for cleaning service!

My experience with TCA (LaGrange) has been nothing short of professional and satisfactory. The owner called me the day before my first cleaning to confirm my appointment and to let me know the arrival window of the Team. On the day of my scheduled clean, the Team arrived on time and were very friendly. They promptly began working and were very thorough with the clean. Another member of the team arrived about halfway through to make sure everything was going well, as well as to answer any questions I may have had about the process and expectations. For me, this is well worth the money — TCA (LaGrange) made it very easy to schedule, reschedule, and pay for services (their app is very user-friendly), and the services I received definitely exceeded my expectations (my oven was filthy but now is spotless!). I highly recommend TCA (LaGrange).

Kam and Jesus came to clean this week. They had done such a great job. I found Kam to thank her and I said, “Kam, my house looks just beautiful,” and she said back “well it should be. That’s the whole point. Your house should be beautiful.” I think that kind of sums up the quality of service and positive attitude of the Downers Grove, IL branch provides.

The Cleaning Authority La Grange is amazing. On initial consultation, the business owner Scott Young came to my home to walk through what they'd clean and give us an estimate. He was very responsive when scheduling that meeting. He also provided detail on specific items that they'd clean during each cleaning. They have a checklist of items that they will clean during each cleaning, which is awesome. Once we signed up, the people who cleaned our home came on time and cleaned the house VERY thoroughly. They cleaned every item that was on the checklist and more. They were also very friendly with our cats, which is a huge bonus. The Cleaning Authority has an app that lets you know when the cleaners will arrive and what they will be cleaning. You also tip on the app, and 100% of the tips go to the cleaners. The prices of the cleaning authority are much better than other local cleaners, as well. Would 100% recommend.

Just had my first clean with The Cleaning Authority! WOW! Heather and Keasha were extremely hard working and a pleasure to have in my home. Scott and BJ are responsive and have assembled a wonderful team. I am so grateful we have The Cleaning Authority in our area and I am happy to have gotten on their schedule! My house looks FABULOUS!
