Home Services reviews in Wheaton, Illinois

called same day service very happy great job

Scheduled appointment twice within one week and no one came. Unrealiable.

I called multiple times and they always promised they would get there next week or tomorrow but they never called and never came; now I have a mess to deal with!

Gutter was leaking into the home during rain. I called Troy who sent Tony to our home to scam us. He half-fixed (and not even really) and said he needed a part and would be back the next day to finish. We refused to pay the full amount but should have paid nothing. Surprise - he never showed the next day. Called Troy twice and he said he would call Tony and send him again. Called again and he stopped picking up. Absolute scam. Stealing honest people’s money. Karma is a B - hope those few hundred bucks keep you heartless body warm at night.

Terrible job. Would not recommend

I’ve been very happy with BMJ. They pay attention to detail they way I would when cleaning my house. I also like how they send multiple people each time so they are in and out quickly.

Work is always completed professionally, leaving the home clean and smelling wonderfully fresh. The team bring all of their own cleaning supplies and always come with sufficient members of the team to complete the cleaning within the set time frame.

Have been very pleased with our services. Always very thorough and flexible with our schedule. Love that we get the same crew each time so they know the house well. Highly recommend!

Thank you BMJ Cleaning services for a wonderful first deep clean. It was awesome to come home to a spotless house!! Amazing efforts of the entire team. Looking forward to additional services in the future.

Staff and Manager Maria are very professional and friendly..they were able to help me out with my cleaning needs, I will recommend this company to many other people who are in look of a cleaning company

We use BMJ's services for weekly cleaning for our business and they do a fantastic job. On time, detailed and efficient. We highly recommend.

We called them after another company did not show up. They came to give me an estimate of the cost and the only reason the invoice was for more was because we added additional work while they were there. I was impressed with their work but more importantly my wife thinks they did an awesome job! Thanks for your work at our home!

Really great job on a deep clean of our house! Bonus that they are dog friendly. I loved the extra attention to detail with our textiles. Luis was very friendly, responsive and flexible when booking and walking me through the process and rates. Highly recommend!

I have been using BMJ for almost 2 years now after trying multiple companies and being disappointed. The quality of work has always been consistent, and I look forward to coming home on cleaning days. It feels great when you find a company you trust, does quality work and has a good price point.

The BMJ team did a fantastic deep clean in our home. They were efficient and fast but left no detail unnoticed. We were so pleased they will be coming every other week for maintenance cleanings. Would highly recommend!

BMJ is a good cleaning service. We’ve been using their service for a little over a year now. What has impressed us the most is the quality of their service. It truly is a professional clean when they are finished. Admittedly, they can get surfaces of my house cleaner than I can even when I am trying my hardest! Thanks BMJ for a job that is always well done.
