A great local business that is better in service and price than those you may see commercials from on tv. I was not charged for square foot where furniture was not moved. Definitely will use again.

My parents won’t leave a review, so I will. Not only did Best Way ruin their higher end rug, they attempted to blamed their elderly clients. And only after months of being dismissed did they make an effort to rectify the situation (my parents not having said rug for over two months). As a final indignity, when then repaired rug was returned, the trite, little man who delivered it (owner’s son?) complained about not having help (not my parents problem) but goaded my father into moving a coffee table, which he shouldn’t be doing. That having been said, Best Way obviously preys upon the elderly and couldn’t care less about long term customers. I wouldn’t hire Best Way for free and I suggest you don’t either. Merry Christmas!!

Absolutely terrible business they don’t care about their customers. They used too much water cleaning my upstairs closet and bedroom or or they didn’t suction all the water out. It was actually soggy to walk on. The water leaked through the floor and then through the ceiling and stain the paint in my kitchen. They refused to fix it. I had to go out and spend $200 to have the ceiling repainted because they did a bad job and wouldn’t stand behind their work. Absolutely find another carpet cleaner. They are not to be trusted. I would probably call them one of the worst carpet cleaners I’ve ever dealt with. One star is giving them too many stars.

Had some musty smell coming from the air ducts for months.CCC cleaned them out and the difference was immediate,whole house smells normal again.should have done it sooner

started looking into carpet cleaning after we had some guests stay for a few weeks and the high traffic areas were looking rough. checked a few places online, read some reviews and CCC seemed like a good fit. called and the person who answered was helpful without being pushy about booking, just gave me the info i needed and let me decide. set up an appointment for the following week. day of they showed up right on time which i appreciated because i had stuff to do later. the actual cleaning didnt take as long as i thought it would for three rooms and a hallway. they moved carefully around our furniture in the living room which was nice because i didnt want to deal with rearranging everything. carpets dried faster than they told me they would too. we live in Carol Stream and ive used a couple different services before but this was probably the smoothest one. the carpets in the hallway especially look great now, that was the area i was most worried about

We had been putting off getting the carpets done for way too long. Between the dog and two years of general life, things were looking rough, especially in the hallway and living room. I started looking into options last fall but kept pushing it off. Finally reached out to CCC after reading some decent reviews and got a quote pretty quickly. They were straightforward about what to expect, which I appreciated since I had no idea how the process actually works. Scheduling was easy, they had availability within the week. The day of, the whole thing moved faster than I expected. They walked through the house first and pointed out a couple spots that would need extra attention, which made sense because those were the worst areas. I stayed out of the way mostly and just let them do their thing. When everything dried, the difference was honestly kind of wild. The hallway carpet looks like it did when we moved in. Even some stains I assumed were permanent are just gone now. Pretty glad I finally stopped procrastinating on it.

When I first reached out about air duct cleaning, the person on the phone actually knew there stuff and gave me actual answers instead of trying to book me. That stood out because I had called a couple other places first and got the runaround. The crew that came was in and out in maybe two hours, and they walked me through what they had pulled out of the ducts which was kind of gross. Been a few days now and I noticed way less dust settling on our furniture, which my allergies are thanking me for.
