Steve was prompt and competitively priced for tree trimming and removal. At one point of the work in his scope, he was willing to level with me about his costs vs others to see if he was even the best option. That is the type of honesty and transparency that will have me calling him back when I have more needs in his wheelhouse. Good help can be hard to find nowadays, and I'm satisfied with the level of service he has provided me thus far.

I wanted to give this business a positive review. Steve the Owner and his team were very responsive and accommodating scheduling and advising on the work needed. After completing the work, they left a giant wire hanging from my tree that I've been trying to get removed for over a month. After countless attempts of requesting they come remove it (it's too high for me to reach with a ladder), they've advised me to have someone else do it. They were great when they wanted to get paid, but once I pointed out they left their garbage behind, they didn't care and deemed it an inconvenience.

A big storm knocked one of our trees sideways and it was leaning on the neighbor's fence. Needed it dealt with fast before it caused more damage. ETS got back to me the same day and had a crew out the following morning. They cut the tree off the fence carefully and checked to make sure nothing structural was broken on the fence itself. Once the tree was down they ground the stump and cleaned everything up. The fence ended up being fine, just some cosmetic scrapes. Glad it was handled quickly.

Had a large silver maple removed that was pushing roots into foundation. Hard find someone in Wheaton who could handle a tree that size close to house. ETS did a clean job of it.
