Ivan and his crew did a great job in cleaning up the flood in our files room, at our law office. Ivan, Jake, and Diego went well beyond what I had expected, including making sure that our file room full of files, which had been flooded was removed, including all of the detritus. By the time they finished, the place was immaculately clean.

Clarifications is absolutely lacking. Prices are also very high and feels like being robbed. Never recommend their service to anyone!

I can't say enough about this company!!! Love them! They showed up so fast. We had a burst pipe in the laundry room and it leaked all the way to the basement, the water filled up the crawl space. Thanks to ProDry they were able to identify the leak and stop it from further damage. Thanks Mike for saving our home. I will defiantly recommend you to family and friends.

Mike, Galina and his team were extremely helpful with a big last minute project that had a very fast completion date so I could move into my home. They were great with communication and kept me informed every step of the way. They worked quickly and thoroughly, did a great job overall! I would definitely call them for future project needs.

Solid service and fair prices... A hard combo to find in a restoration company sometimes! I have really enjoyed working ProDry Restoration to take care of some issues in a timely fashion but most of all appreciate the fair pricing. I have done enough of this kind of work and dealt with some shady people over the years, this office handles the work and doesn’t charge an arm and a leg! ProDry was very responsive and easy to work with. We used them for basement flooding remediation after a series of unusually heavy storms. They worked with us through the insurance claim process and were patient as we waited for payment to arrive from our insurance company.

We are so happy that we called ProDry to help us with a Level 3 clean up of a plumbing problem. We had another name from our insurance agent, but they were not able to come until the next day. Mike from Prodry came with his team at 6:00 at night and stayed until 11:00 PM cleaning up the laundry room and bathroom until all was emptied and sanitized in that area. They came back at 10:00 the next morning and continued to work on the garage and basement which were also affected. They came back the next day as well, making sure all was drying suffiently and helping arrange for the follow up team to come in to help with repairs. They were wonderful!

ProDry came after we flooded a few weeks ago and helped us demo our basement. They took it to the studs! It was amazing! We are in the process of renovating so it needed to be cleared out before we started anyway. They were timely, quick, and cleaned up very well after themselves. They hauled a few extras away for us too. So pleased with their work, highly recommend, and would use them again!

We came home to find a broken pipe leaking through our ceiling. Pro Dry came out right away to help us find the leak and verified no additional water damage or mold. They were very quick and professional. Would highly recommend them.

Long story short , made a dumb mistake by leaving laundry faucet on and the drain plugged and went outside to chat with neighbor who came by to say hi with his cute baby and when I went back inside I couldn’t believe what I saw, my laundry room and the kitchen floors were flooded so in my panic I called ProDry Restoration. To my surprise they showed up within half an hour and started the restoration process and days later everything was dry and restored to it’s original state. I expected that the floors be buckled given the fact how many gallons of water were spilled all over the first floor but thanks to the team who were able to save my floors and by the way forgot to mention it was on a Saturday. Thank you and highly recommend.

While I sincerely hope you do not find yourself in the nightmare that is water damage in your home, I can most confidently recommend ProDry Restoration if you do. Mike and his entire team have been knowledgeable, professional and kind through our entire situation- going above and beyond to explain the issues and working with insurance procedures. Mike was able to come out to our house the same day we called; he was very knowledgeable and professional and went above and beyond to explain what the process would be. He did great quality work and helped to ensure that things were taken care of quickly and thoroughly.

From the beginning of my pipes leaking in the kitchen to the end of restoration, Mike, Daniel and their team were amazing! My whole kitchen, part of my bathroom and painting of the walls and ceiling in my living room had to be restored from the damage. In the beginning I dealt with Mike, who was great. But throughout the whole thing it was Daniel who did everything. When it was our time to move back in (a month later) my house looked brand new!! I would highly recommend Mike, Daniel and the team! They did 5 star work, and were very professional but made you feel like family!! Thanks guys!!

Unfortunately this is the second time we’ve had to call ProDry, but they were fantastic once again! This time we had ice damming and we had a lot of water damage in the walls and ceiling. Mike and his team came in and helped get the water to stop coming in and then quickly got everything dried out so we could start rebuilding. I hope we don’t ever have to use them again (no offense Mike!) but I would definitely refer my friends.

We used Pro Dry after we got water in basement from failed sump pump. Mike explained the entire mitigation & restoration procedure and they were willing to work with our insurance company. They were prompt, worked quick, save the baseboard trim that was recently installed, & cleaned up all the mess. I would highly recommend Pro Dry. Ask for Mike.

Five stars for Pro Dry! When we discovered several inches of water in our basement, our plumber recommended Pro Dry to remove damaged carpets and drywall and dry and clean what was left. Mike was on site within 45 minutes and couldn't have been more helpful. From filing the initial insurance claim to recommending contractors for the next phase, Mike was on our side the whole way. I hope we never need this type of help again. If we do, at least we know that Pro Dry will do a great job and treat us fairly.

Outstanding Service by Mike Petrow & his team. I am so glad I called them after I got a very bad estimate from Se*** **O. My basement got flooded & I called Pro Dry for an estimate. I was very impressed with how Mike approached looking at the damaged area. He not only looked at the damaged area but looked everywhere to see if there was water in the crawlspace & other areas. He found more damage which the previous company missed. He asked me a few questions & got down to finding the root cause of the issue. He gave me a very good estimate to get it done. More importantly I was very impressed by his due diligence in spending time inspecting the whole area. He explained the entire process to me. His crew showed up the next day to start the work Very professional team overall. They took the time to show me everything & explain the process. Work was done & the area was left very clean after the carpeting & drywall was taken out. They took the time & care to remove/cover all the personal items to minimize damage to any item. Mike was there when the insurance inspection happened to walk the insurance team through the issue & why certain items when removed. Insurance inspector called me later to inform me that he was very impressed by the detail & documentation provided by Mike. Mike went above & beyond when he also came when my water proofing contractor came for an estimate to ensure that they were addressing the main issues.

I would recommend Mike & the Pro Dry team 1000% to get the job done right & professionally.

Cannot recommend ProDry more highly ! We had a roofing job go terribly wrong which caused water damage in one of the bedrooms and ProDry mitigated it quickly and thoroughly ! And unlike another mitigation company, they didn't expect me to pay up front. Galena dealt with the insurance which was a huge relief. Mike and his team did an excellent job and he also met with the claims adjuster to make sure that we got compensated for ALL repairs! They understand the stress you are going through and will make sure that the work is done quickly and professionally. Galena and Mike make an amazing team ! They were truly the silver lining in this fiasco. 100% recommend !
