We had a great experience with ATR! They were removing trees in my neighborhood and I went and asked the lead if he could give me a quick bid and they were able to get me in about a week. They did an excellent job removing our tree, stump, and shrubs. The crew was professional, efficient, and left everything very clean when they were done. It’s hard to even tell there was work done because the cleanup was so thorough, oh and they answer the phone and return calls! Highly recommend their services! I’ve already referred to 2 people and 1 job has been booked. Thank you ATR!!!

Highly recommend, there’s quick and cautious of there’s and others property. If there’s a tree in a complicated location they can make it look so easy. Prices are cheap and there all very respectful

I highly recommend ATR for anyone needing tree removal services we had a 90 to 100 feet tall cottonwood tree removed that was situated between two sheds and a chain link fence they arrived early in the morning and immediately started working and I must say it was a five man crew and it went extremely well. I could not be happier with the quality and professionalism.

The best of the best !. I have been using Alton tree service for about 5 years now for my numerous properties and recently for my home. They always leave me amazed with their knowledge and skills in the tree business. Dennis and Luke have one of the best crews in the Alton area, truly professional and can get in and get the job done.

Beware of this company!!! Kinda long so bare with this review! I reached out to a few tree services and got a quote from Luke with Alton Tree Service. He showed up unannounced but we met and went over what needed to be done. Now mind you, i sent the photos to them asking for the quote. He quoted 800.00 and i told him i liked the quote and i would reach out when i have the financing .

Yesterday he showed up unannounced again with men and machinery without my consent!
Told him i had 500.00 saved and took two limbs out of the work order on a neighbors tree and he agreed he could do yhe tree in the below for the 500.00
He did half the job, and stated it was not agreed upon for the last limb abd he called me crazy if i thought he would do it at that price

I pulled my phone out and showed him the images of what i sent and he said he never seen those pictures. i sent them ! Blame the person that checks emails.

He got real rude telling me i dont understand the cost, give him 300 and he would just leave as the job was 750 already.

I gave him the original 500 and parted ways.

I think he took advantage of a disabled person with three strokes and a 4
heart attack by just showing up and then saying we did not talk about the last limb on the tree. He knew i wasn't in full capacity and took advantage of that disability.
The photo attached is what i got the quote on, and he only cut the limb on the left.

Will i do business with him, absolutely not. His workers was top notch, and i have utmost respect for them. For Luke, to take advantage of the disabled his Karma will catch up with him.
