Plumbing reviews in Woodridge, Illinois

If I could give a 6th star I would. On time, very informative of work going to be done. Rodding my main floor drain and scoping the line.
Very professional and was very careful to keep the work area clean. Mike cleaned up after he left and even fixed the gasket on my internal tank of the toilet when he was reinstalling.
I’ve already scheduled Golden pipes plumbing for the next job.

Thanks so much.

Had a plumbing emergency- made the call- Golden Pipes was there the next day taking care of my issue. Professional and timely. Gave me options and talked thru the pros and cons of each option. Mike was fantastic. Keeping Golden Pipes in the "rolodex" for sure!

We had an outside drain installed at our home several years ago. The drain never really could keep up with the rain on heavy rain days. When Gloden Pipes arrived on site we went over the issue we were having. The crew had a camera on site that we used to locate the drainpipe and depth. Come to find out the drainpipe was never hooked up to anything causing the drain to back up. The crew quickly corrected the issue by connecting the pipe to the main drain taking all the water away from the house.
The crew made the correction in an hour or so. Now everything is draining as it should.

The best! Mike was so helpful and, as a new homeowner, he listened to all of my questions and explained everything to me. He is so knowledgeable. I'm so glad I have a dependable plumber I can count on for any future needs!

Mike came out on short notice as we were concerned about our sump pump not functioning correctly. He was prompt, courteous, and very thorough with his assessment of our problem. He installed a new sump pump without issue. Additionally, he went over and above to check out other plumbing concerns we had. We would rate Golden Pipes Plumbing 10 stars if we could! Very happy customers here!

It’s great to have someone you can count on, and I’ll definitely be calling Mike again for any future plumbing needs.

We called Mike on a Saturday morning due to our water heater failing. He was over later that afternoon installing a new unit. He was prompt, informative, and did excellent work.

FYI, he has a family run business, it’s not Corporate, no sales quotas to meet. Just honest plumbing at a great price.

Discovered a major leak under our kitchen sink and reached out as soon as we realized we had an issue. Mike came by the very next day, quickly diagnosed the issue as a faulty garbage disposal, and walked us through a few repair and replacement options with full price transparency. Best part?
