If I could give zero stars, I would. We purchased a tree from Graff Gardens & Farms, paid for their planting services, and despite following all care instructions, the tree died. We gave them every opportunity to make it right — visiting multiple times and being told each time we had to wait until the tree was completely dead for an exchange.

Now that the tree is dead, we went back expecting them to stand behind their word. Instead, we were met by the owner, who was rude, combative, and completely uninterested in anything we had to say. He refused to even listen, talked over us, and acted as if we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers.

This business clearly has no understanding of customer service, integrity, or basic professionalism. They are quick to take your money but take no responsibility when their product fails. Save yourself the frustration — there are plenty of nurseries in the area that value their customers and their reputation. Graff Gardens & Farms is not one of them.

Save yourself the time, Graff Gardens sells dead trees and dead promises!

Dwayne and team do an absolutely amazing job. From picking out the perfect plants, to guiding us through the garden and giving us sketches of what our yard could look like, they do it all. We had absolutely no landscaping, a blank slate with no ideas and Dwayne brought our yard to life. Even coming back to check on everything multiple times after the project was complete. We couldn't have found a better guy or company. Our yard is amazing!

I was desperately seeking a Gingko Tree. I called several nurseries which they didn’t have any Gingko’s or they did not deliver to my location. I have a small car that will not accommodate a tree in a 5 gallon container plus the lifting of a heavy burlap tree is impossible for me. I contacted Graff Gardens in Worth, Illinois. I was advised they had several Gingko varieties in their nursery and they do deliver to my location. I drive over to see which variety I wanted and purchased the tree. The Gingko was delivered and the Graff Delivery employee actually brought the tree into my backyard! I am thrilled with my Gingko!!! Thank You Graff Gardens for your amazing huge nursery! I will return anytime I need more plants.

Fantastic customer service, creative garden and landscaping ideas from the staff and owner, excellent delivery and installation, plus helpful guidance on tree and flower care. It’s also such a fun place to visit—with an incredible variety of trees and playful cats and kittens that kept our boys entertained! They even went above and beyond with a festive Halloween pumpkin display. Highly recommend!

I have had this company for 2 years cutting my lawn doing landscaping and cleaning up around my house prices are very good they never go up they are here every week on time service is excellent I am very happy

I called on May 5th, and they were supposed to come on May 9th/10th to cut my grandma's grass. They didn't show up, didn't call, and then when called to ask about it, they admitted they forgot, and then tried to charge $150-$200. My grandparents used them for years, but this is ridiculous!

C/A landscaping is a very respectful and hard working company. What ever the need, they have you covered. Very knowledgeable, and courteous. A very trustworthy company that takes the time to do every job the right way. The C/A landscaping way. I give them 6 out of 5 star's.

They did a pretty big job on my house last year and did a horrible job. First, they put weed block fabric down on the previous red mulch and put new chocolate mulch on top, didn't clear out the rocks or anything. Also, my bushes and plants are dying and they are out of the one year warranty, which is fair. They gave me a price to redo them and also to do a little more work and have terrible communication. I've been calling them for the past month and a half to get something done and no calls back, not quotes, nothing. I definitely would look else where, they will seem legit to begin with but will do an AWFUL job. There are plenty of other landscape companies that I will now check out.

We were looking for a company for grass cutting for our small yard. We were given C/A Landscaping's number and called for a quote. Once we agreed on the price, they set up a day to come out and asked us to prepay for a month. After that we would make arrangements for payment. They never came out and never called. When I texted them, they said they would come out the following day and asked that we tape an envelope with cash to the door. I responded that we were not comfortable leaving cash and that we would only leave a check and he agreed. The next day I received a text that they would not be able to cut our grass at all because they had too much work. I find it a little suspect that as soon as I mention that I wasn't willing to pay cash, they all of a sudden they are too busy to take us on.

I referred a friend who’s light fixture was released from their ceiling after changing a light bulb! Genes employee came within an hr., secured the fixture and consulted them on a few options for long term safety-
Fast and friendly service with sound advice! That’s a great business.... I’ll make sure to refer them again! My friend had also called 2 other companies before hand- but no appointment was set by those company reps. Such a difference with Genes Company!

Honest and knowledgeable HVAC technician diagnosed the issue quickly, even on a Sunday at 1 pm. It took only one hour to get my system up and running.
