They walked us through everystep of the process—restoration, cleanup, drying, and even coordinating with our insurance company.

We had a water leak in our home, and ServiceMaster of Kendall County went above and beyond to help us through it. From the moment we reached out, the team was prompt, professional, and incredibly kind.

Dave Clark, the owner, runs a top-notch operation. He was thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly. Randy, the crew leader, led the team with such care and attention to detail. They quickly removed all the damaged flooring and handled the cleanup with true professionalism.

What stood out the most was their servant-hearted attitude — it was clear they genuinely cared about our home and our peace of mind. We’re so grateful for their help and highly recommend ServiceMaster of Kendall County to anyone needing restoration services. They truly turned a stressful situation into a manageable one with grace and expertise.

Dave met with us to provide multiple estimates for cleaning and sanitizing a fairly large home. Not only did his proposal arrive very quickly, he was extremely thorough in his analysis and recommendations!

The final decision was not mine but if it had been I would have definitely hired Dave and his team!

All Around Seamless Gutters just finished an incredibly large and difficult job installing gutters and leaf guards on our home. They did fantastic work -- and they did it in just two days for a very good price! Rodney and his team are excellent! Their craftsmanship, attention to detail and customer service are outstanding. The gutters and leaf guards were installed perfectly and they enhance the look of our home. I recommend this company highly!

Used them once and was happy. Tried using again and couldn't even get a call back. Disappointed considering I was a returning customer but it didn't seem to matter. I would rather hear "we can't get to that job" instead of leaving a person to wonder. Very unprofessional.

Absolutely would recommend this company! I needed a sidewalk poured which no other contractor wanted because it was a smaller job. Frank came out and gave a quote immediately and said they could have it done the following week. Sadly, I went with a lowball offer, ended up waiting 3 weeks and had an awful experience. I then called Frank, who came over within days and gave me numerous options on ways to fix my concrete situation that the other company would not fix. Frank was very polite and understanding, never even charged me for his time or made me feel guilty for using another company. Long story short, you get what you pay for and I wish I would have went with Willman and Groesch and had it done right. Very professional and great to deal with.

After receiving several estimates for a complete deck replacement, we chose Chris and Complete Construction & Repairs. Not only was his quote the most reasonable but the fact that he couldn’t get to our project for awhile due to his busy schedule was a sign to us that he did good work. And we couldn’t have been more right. With the other companies, it felt very “sales pitchy” and one thing you’re not going to get with Chris is a sales pitch, he’s not that kind of guy. He’s a deck builder and he’s excellent at his craft. He made suggestions to us that we felt were honest and he kept in communication with us during our wait for our deck work. Once the job started Chris and Rob worked diligently and you could tell this wasn’t their first rodeo. They are proficient, efficient, and very nice people. Chris even replaced my outlet covers at no extra expense. I am beyond pleased with the work Chris did for us and would and will recommend him to anyone who is in need of deck repair/replacement.

We are the owners of a brand new Trek deck and professionally designed Screened gazebo! Chris and Rob did an OUTSTANDING job on giving us exactly what we wanted. Their eye to detail and the integrity they both possess shows in their work!! We couldn’t be happier with how awesome this deck and gazebo are! Just take a look at the photos! The trek decking also has a lighting system at each cap and down the stairs. If you are thinking of replacing or getting a New deck design, we highly recommend COMPLETE CONSTRUCTION. Earlier this year, we hired Artisan Enterprises, Inc. to finish our complex basement project and couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The project consisted of finishing approximately 1,300 sq. ft. of space including full bath, custom bar, private exercise room, in-home theater and walk in wine cellar. Chris took time to meet with us several times during the bidding process to listen to our design ideas, answer our questions and make recommendations. He then provided us with a detailed quote that was broken down by material, labor and project schedule. We appreciated the transparency of his quote which made us feel very comfortable with his costs – there were no hidden fees or surprises! His crew was very polite, always on time, and kept our house clean. He was very patient with us during the construction phase, even when we changed the layout midstream!! The custom wine cellar required quite a bit of creativity and carpentry skills, but he nailed it (no pun intended)! It has become quite the conversational piece among family & guests. His quality of work, attention to detail and work ethic will put Artisan Enterprises, Inc. at the top of our list for future remodeling projects. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to remodel their home or commercial space!!
