Contractor reviews in Yorkville, Illinois

I’m very pleased with my carpet install. The installer had an eye for detail and I was very impressed with his work. He took his time to make sure it was perfect and I’m in love with the carpet!

From our experience in the store to the communication throughout the process, Home Depot was awesome to work with on the project. The gentlemen that installed the carpet was also awesome, clean and prideful in the work he did. Would use them 100% again, thanks Home Depot!

The installers were professional and cleaned up everything!

Carpet installation technician knocked 3 pictures off the wall. Broke all 3. He broke the first one and didn't tell me. Just kept working. Broke the final 2 eight feet from the first one. I was only made aware of it because I heard the glass breaking. Called the carpet installation company and was told it was my fault because I didn't read the fine print. I mentioned if it was a common problem a reminder would have been appreciated. I also mentioned the Technician didn't say anything. I finally asked would it be my fault if the Technician broke a picture and kept working until all hanging pictures were broken. They said would check into it and call me back. Never called back. Zero stars was not an option.

It's a home depot so not much more 8 can say. Staff was cool and helpful.

I measured the windows and went to the store and got a price on 7 windows, and was told the installer would be out to measure to make sure that sizes would be correct. Instead they sent a guy out that had no idea how to measure a window, and then he doubled the quote and said he would send someone out to measure the windows just to make sure. He admitted that he was the newly hired district salesman and his only experience was as a homeowner. I would never use Home Depot!!!!

Sales rep at Home Depot was excellent, the crew that did the installation was great, they were quick, clean and cordial

The installation went wonderfully and the tech did a great job laying the new floor. This is the second time we have used home services at the home depot and highly recommend
