Nice smooth talker, but when the job is done they never come back replace their dead plants. Once the check has cleared.....they don't care anymore. Almost half of my trees, bushes, perennials are dead. I should have just done it myself. At least the local nurseries honor their one year guarantee. When your paver walls fall down, don't bother calling. If their isn't an additional BIG paycheck, you aren't getting a response from them.

This is the third time I have used Geraldo and his fantastic crew to help us in our yard. This time we took our above ground pool down and had to make it look like it was never there. They did a fantastic job. A++++ Very good quality work.

I would not recommend this company. We have had several issues with customer service this year. The office did not followed up on
the opening of sprinkler system with prepayment completed. They said that they called several times and no messages were ever left. When asked, the response was "we figured you would eventually call." Today, they were scheduled to come to open the system and over 2 hours late with no call to apologize or explain why they were late.

Gerardo and his crew were excellent in all areas of business. He completed a large project this summer installing all of the block work and landscaping around our new pool. We have a walkout lot and he completed the work on the side of our house down to our pool as well. He went above and beyond in completing my project. I found areas of my yard that he repaired in addition to adding a few things to the project. He did these add ons without increasing any cost to me. He told me that he saw they needed to be done, so he jsut did it. He treats his customer's projects as if he was doing it on his own home.

There was no hassel with Gerardo throughout the whole project. He always delievered more than what he promised. His work crew were very professional, poliet, and hard working. They did a great job.

I would recommend them for any lanscaping project. For me, Gerardo installed block work around the pool, seat walls with columns, LED accect lighting, stairs and planting beds on the side of my house, plantings around the pool and side of my house, rock around the landscaping, and irrigation round the pool and garden.

I commend Yorkville Hill Landscaping on several factors:

1. They provide responses to questions in a timely manner
2. They complete your work on schedule
3. They go above and beyond to make sure the job is done correctly
4. Instead of cutting corners, they did more than I expected...but without adding to my cost.
5. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is a lost art in today's marketplace
6. Their willingness to work with me on the cost of my projects was extremely appreciated

I like to complete most house projects myself. There is not only a cost savings for me to complete my own projects, but also comfort in knowing that I won't cut corners on my own projects. After meeting with Gerardo; however, I felt comfortable enough to have him complete the pool paver block work and surrounding landscaping. I couldn't be happier with my decision to hire Yorkville Hill Landscaping to complete my project.

Kyle and his team did a fantastic job designing and implementing our landscaping project for our new house, including nearly half an acre of sod, 3 parkway trees, shrubs, bushes and even a couple evergreens. We weren't sure what we wanted but Kyle made recommendations. It's obvious he cares about his customers. He went above and beyond and helped me setup my sprinkler controller which was setup incorrectly that his company didn't even install! The communication was always spot on and he was always on time for meetings. Fantastic all around. Our yard looks like something straight out of a magazine and we are thrilled.

Price was right and workers were good. Issues came when work was completed... By correcting the patio it created other issues. Guys came back out to fix which then created more issues with water pooling and polymer coming up though the cracks. Guys came out once again to fix but didn't attempt to correct the issue. I would of understand it if would of cost some more...but contact stopped and no return of emails. Was planing to get my front landscaped by this company the following year.. Now I will look somewhere else.

They did a great job on our brick retaining edge and landscaping. Great price, and finished in one day. I can't wait to see when everything is in bloom.Would definitely recommend to others.

We had a few people come out and look at an electrical issue we had in our kitchen and no one could figure it out.
We talked to Tom and set something up for him to come and take a look. Within a half hour he had it fixed.

I used Tom’s handyman service for the first time and it won’t be the last . I needed some things done around the house my garbage, disposal, and kitchen sink what’s the first he was honest and was able to unjam my garbage disposal and put in a new kitchen faucet . I used Tom's handman service yesterday to install some kitchen and bath pulls and towel bars and I was pleasantly surprised! Tom and Ryan are the best, and we're so glad to have found them. They recently installed a new storm door and kitchen faucet for us, and everything turned out better than we expected. I recently went through a horrible experience of evicting a tenant. I needed to have my busted front door fixed ASAP because the door couldn't even latch on so it was left open. Tom answered the call and came over immediately and assessed the situation and he had it secured. I don't live in the area so Tom offered to watch my condo and drive by the condo just to make sure nothing happened while we waited for the actual sheriff eviction took place which. Tom and Ryan came through for me again and helped me with taking all the things out of the condo and fixed up the damages that was left behind by the tenant. They went above and beyond what was asked of them and really cared. They repaired the damaged front door, lots of drywalls patched and painted and changed out the locks for me. Their work was impecable. Always answered when I called and was very responsive. Not to mention very reasonable fees as well. I would definitely use them again in the future.
