Last week I discovered that my pressure tank was leaking. It needed to be addressed very quickly. Danny was able to fit me into his schedule and replace the unit as well as all connections. He was professional and personable. The price was very fair. His workmanship was excellent and he made sure the area was clean when he left. It is no surprise Danny at HD has all perfect reviews, I called for service and instead of selling me his services he gave me great advice over the phone so I could fix it myself - that says he is not all about the money but actually wants to help! Do not bother with any other services … call Danny and I am sure you will not be disappointed.

Came all the way to Lombard on a Saturday to fix our pressure gauge! Danny was friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely use his company again and recommend him to friends.

Our well pump was out for 2 days, I was given some advice over the phone and was able to partially repair it (pressure switch), when he was able to come out and take a look it ended up being an easy fix (control panel) and the price was fair.

Danny and Mark worked through brutally cold weather to replace our pump but discovered that the flow of ground water into the well bore was only about 2 gallons per minute. They installed a flow restrictor to allow the pump to work without sucking air until they could return to address the flow issue. During the second visit, they used a special tool to loosen and remove some of the thick material in the bottom of the well bore. The flow into the well bore increased to 10 gallons per minute. They saved our well. But it doesn't end there. The flow to the house was low. They found that the pipe to the house had mineral deposits restricting that flow. They rodded that out and now our well works like new. Definitely recommend them for their skill and dedication.

Danny came out to do well inspection during home inspection process while I was buying home. He was easy to work with and provide me with fast and decisive information that home inspector may not provide. Danny indicated faults, remedies and costs associated with water well.

Danny with HD was great! He was extremely professional, courteous and friendly while he was at my house. I don't know anything about wells/pumps and he used his personal time to explain some of the basics to me. Highly recommended.

Had no water, and assumed it was the well pump. Danny came out, tested the electrical, the switch and made certain it was in fact the pump before replacing it. He explained each step of the process, his recommendations, and the reasons for each step and recommendation. Top notch service at a great price! Awesome, awesome guy! We lost pressure in our jet pump/well late Monday evening, Danny talked us through priming the well. When that didn’t work he came over 7am Tuesday morning before his scheduled job. Learned we had a bad foot valve and had to dig up well, get permits, bring up to code, update to submersible pump. Obviously we were stressed at this point! Danny was over working on it by 7am and stayed late into the night until we had water restored. He seemed to genuinely care about the kids not having running water. He was honest, empathetic, fairly priced/didn’t take advantage of us. We were very impressed with him and will never use a different well/water guy! Highly recommend!!!

I called for an emergency service and they had a long list of customers to get to before me and instead of making me wait they gave me the number to a highly reputable well service company that happened to be next door! Very honest and nice people, I'd highly recommend. They won't steer you wrong!

Do not go with HD Well and Company. I paid them $15,000 and they installed a well with plastic casing, which gave me dirty, sediment-filled water throughout the house. Even with an RO and full filtration system, my toilets and faucets stayed filthy. They offered no fix and just blamed the land instead of taking responsibility. I had to hire another company to dig a new well. Total waste of money and time.
