Tree reviews in Albion, Indiana

Hands down best tree service around! Jake and his crew are great and helped clean up my parents woods when a storm wrecked havoc on it. If need any tree work done I highly recommend them!! You won’t be disappointed!

So to start, when they came to look at my tree originally to give a quote, he didn't even knock on my door. I was home, door was wide open. He just quietly went to my back yard, looked and left. I didn't know he was there. Would've been nice to talk to him, show him what I wanted done and point out and limbs I really wanted trimmed or down. And there were 2 limbs in particular I wanted down because they are encroaching on a neighbors property and will eventually be a problem. I never got to meet the guy, he shows up when I'm not home as hard as I tried to get it done when I was there. They do there thing, take down a couple of dead limbs a from what I can tell 4 or 5 small live ones, clean up and leave within an hour. I get home, msg him that I'd like those 2 limbs down. He says nope, and goes on about the canopy etc. So it's pretty.much what HE wants, not what YOU want. I'll take the 2 limbs down myself I guess, but won't be using this company again. Seems like a nice enough guy and has several good reviews so ya, a little disappointed. Moral of the story is do NOT let them do anything until you've been able to meet in person and point out what you want done. It's your tree, your money your spending, so you should get what YOU want. Not what THEY want.

They trimmed and removed dead out of our large Pin Oak tree that hangs over our pool. Great Job, cleaned up thoroughly. You have never known we have tree trimmed by looking at the ground. Highly recommend.

Onsite Tree Services did a fantastic job for my family.
I had several large trees that possibly could fall and damage our barn one day. I was very impressed with Jake and his crew from the time I called, to when the job was done. Jake came out to give me a free estimate one evening and he was very detailed on the process of the job. I was also very impressed with his patience and knowledge on all aspects of his business. He is a true arborist! I will definitely be recommending to anyone in need of his services.
Thank you! Wishing you the best Jake👍

On site tree service did a fantastic job removing my black walnut tree and trimming the mulberry down and the cleanup was amazing also the entire crew was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Very knowledgeable about trees. Great job trimming our existing trees and removing designated trees. Our yard was cleaned up very well after they were done. Would definitely use them again!

Just did another fantastic job on removal of several trees. Very professional job, cleaned up, when they left you could hardly tell they were there. I would definitely call them again!

So grateful for On Site! We lost two humongous white pines that left us a gigantic mess and two dangerous stumps, they were quick to reply and come to the house. Super fairly priced and for the promptness, knowledge and service we couldn’t be happier.

Thanks Michael & Jake!

Wow! Very impressed with Jake and the crew at Onsite Tree Service. They work together like a fine oiled machine, and each one seems to have his primary duty, but they all take part in every task that needs done. From the actual tree removal to the clean up, everything was A+. We will definitely not only use them again, but recommend them highly to anyone needing tree work.

These young men were very polite. They did an excellent job. Jake went above and beyond when he tied a oriole nest back into another tree. He knew how concerned I was about the orioles. Thank you so very much Jake and staff. I really appreciate you.

Totally recommend Onsite Tree Services! My tree was close to my garage and a huge tree, and they did a fantastic job taking it down carefully. If you need a tree/trees trimmed or removed these are the guys to call.

Had Jake come by and take a look at a situation at our house. He gave us a clear explanation of what was happening and what steps we should take, and did not try to sell us anything we didn't need.

Great first time experience with this business. Convenient to contact with quick response to quote the job as well as complete the job once awarded. Trees look great and zero mess left behind. Will be used again in the near future.

We hired them to remove a very large hackbery tree that was close to and overhanging our house. They used a crane and other equipment to bring down the tree in large but manageable pieces. They took down the tree in about 6 hours, requiring 3 full 3 axle dump trucks. They spent 2 more hours cleaning up and trimming 2 more trees. There wasn't even a leaf left behind. These men know EXACTLY what to do,and how to do it. No ruts, no ripped sod and nothing left for us to deal with. I HIGHLY recommend them.

I will recommend Onsite x100! They did a great job removing my tree and pruning my other trees. They're very knowledgeable, communicative and efficient. They had everything done within a couple hours. They left my yard cleaner than it was prior! Thank you all so so much!

OnSite Tree Service did an amazing job taking down a large Catalpa tree that was in a very tight area between the house and fence. They are extremely skilled and professional. They completely cleaned up all twigs and leaves and left the yard in pristine condition. Highly recommend!!

The guys came and removed a diseased pine tree from right next to my garage and did it with care! They were true professionals and I couldn't have asked for anything more from them! Check this company out! Highly recommended!

These guys are professionals. Polite. From team work, clean up to taking request in the middle of the job. These guys are your guys for any tree service you may have.

Trimmed a large tree and removed another large damaged tree for us. Great workers and complete clean-up before leaving. Would highly recommend their work and we will use again.

Jake and his team were GREAT trimming a huge tree in my yard! Very professional and did a wonderful job trimming, and cleaning up everything. Much more than just hacking off some wayward branches. They carefully evaluated the trimming and gave us a beautiful tree that should healthy for a long time.

Very professional company! Very reasonable prices and Showed up earlier in the week then expected plus always maintained contact. Had my 70-80ft pine down in just a few hours cleaned up and on their way! Thanks again!!
