These women are professionals who are *excellent* at what they do. They even pick one room or space to give extra attention to each time. However, the costs have gone up WAY too much, and is now way out of line with other cleaning services I've used.

Merry Maids is always on time, efficient, and thorough. The little touches such as folding the towels are a nice touch. I use them about once a month to help deep clean everything, which saves me a lot of time. I would recommend them for cleaning.

We love Merry Maids! They are very friendly and want to do everything they can to make your experience great! The Anderson, IN location is especially helpful and accommodating.

Avoid at all costs. They may be inexpensive, but you'll get what you pay for. They broke a sliding glass door and acknowledged they would fix it. We hired a contractor to make the repairs and when presented with the bill, they refused stating that they didn't break it. We had our interior repainted and they dragged a vacuum across the wall marring it up. I took photos and sent them on. "We aren't paying for that." They rubbed our toilet seats so hard it sanded the finish off and the bare material is exposed. "We aren't paying for that either." There are numerous other events, but ultimately we're out of pocket $700 to make the repairs to the home.

This is my first time with MERRY MAIDS… Leah & Allie was the team that did this ‘deep clean’… it looks FABULOUS!!! I am very particular when it comes to cleaning and let me tell you these gals know how to clean!!! (NOT EVERYONE KNOWS HOW TO CLEAN)

The house just looked great. It was so nice to see the workers dusting the woodwork during the regular cleaning. They took an extra effort to remove lime buildup from the plug in my bathroom sink. It is so nice to be able to make requests for specific things to be done. I know these sound like little things, but they mean a lot to me. Thank you.

Flexible (sometimes I need to change my scheduled days), dependable (most always come at the same time), thorough (my house always looks loved), and professional (I've never had issues regarding damages or missing items). Merry Maids is a very caring organization, and one I will continue to use as long as I can.
