My hopes were high after initially speaking with Austin the first time from all wire he seemed prompt and professional to go take a look at an electrical issue I was having at my rental. The next day after replacing the panel box I was willing to overlook the $400 increase from the original quote, the lack of payment options for cards, the discrepancies in his quotes and the fact he left before I thought the job was finished. When they left 2 lights were not working they came back checked them and said there’s power to the light switch. They left again and two more lights went out after replacing all 4 lights two were still inoperable. I messaged Austin and he said they would be there the next day which was a Thursday. Thursday came and went without any word from him, Thursday night I reached back out to him where he assured me they would be back 7:30 the next morning at 9:30 I messaged Austin again and tried calling him he text me back and said he would be there in 2-3 hours maximum and I never heard back from him after being set up 3 times. I thought Austin was a stand up guy after talking with him but unfortunately he’s nothing but lied to me after initially “completing the job he promised all his work would be under warranty but I can’t get him to come back out and check his work.

We had power go out to our well pump. Austin’s was recommended and arrived within just a couple of hours. He was able to locate the problem and fix it. This is who we will call anytime in the future. We are planning to have him bad in a few weeks to add some other things to the cottage. Great to work with!
