Wouldn’t answer phone or return calls or texts. Gave up and called a different place

Called company at 830 on the a Monday morning. When I got off work at 10pm Monday night I haven't received a call back. I understand being busy not calling right back. I prefer to give my business to the little guy trying to get started. But 12+ hrs no call back.
