It’s not in location it says it’s in . Planet fitness occupies spot on web site. Phone number is a foreign remote. Does no good if you need basic parts.

Service visit On time, knowledgeable, and polite. Repairs cost quoted was very expensive. Chose not to repair at this time.

This review is based on appointment scheduling and customer service experience, not quality of service received because unfortunately no service was received. I, to my knowledge, scheduled an appointment using their AI system. That was easy enough. Come the day of my appointment, it is nearing the end of the scheduled window and had not heard from anyone. I called to check on it and it goes to call center operated by people who speak English, but have such a heavy accent I can only understand every other word. There is no record of my appointment. Huge waste of time and mental space.

Ethan is great, laid back and very nice. He estimated the cost to fix my older fridge. I decided, due to age, it wasn't worth fixing. I will call Sears whenever I have any appliance issues.

Technician was a professional in his work, diagnosed the issue ordered the parts and fixed it. Wish scheduling was faster but no complaints on the outcome.

The technician was prompt and on time for the diagnostic part. He found this problem and ordered the parts to be shipped to the house. The parts arrived on a very short period of time. The technician was rescheduled to come out and install the parts. He had a scheduled day to come out, but it was rescheduled as he reported no one was home. We were in fact home that day. It was rescheduled to a Thursday. He did make it on Thursday. He installed the parts as required. Our ice maker works again.

I wish they had a more definitive time to show up other than 8AM to 5PM

Came out quickly, professional and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately the cost of the repair wasn’t worth it for an older Samsung refrigerator with the other known issues (ice maker, etc) but the technician gave advice on brands to avoid (aka frequent repairs) as well as brands they don’t see very often.

The repair man Mike was great but the service call overall was worthless. I had already uploaded the model number and serial number just for them to come out and say parts are no longer available. That could have been determined without a service call.
